Tips or might be considered 1. The location is great, near ngurah rai airport and toll 2. Breakfast area is nice (outdoor) 3. No deposit 4. It's hard to travel if you dont rent a vehicle 5. They only give you one access card and its also used to electricy 6. Lovely family hotel. Nice rooms although little smaller size. Big pool, lots of things for kids to play with. Restaurant at the hotel although no options for vegans. Live music in the evenings at the hotel bar. The only thing I would say is that this hotel is for people who do not mind loud kids and noisy bar nearby late at night. You can hear the music really loud from that bar until about 2am when the club closes. Its not the hotels fault and they cant do anything out it, so just be aware if you cant sleep unless its really quiet around you book elsewhere. They give you free water every day and you can also get your room cleaned every day if you want. Our kids loved this hotel.

Agung and Angie was very pleasant, made our stay very enjoyable. Staff was above and beyond for my wife bday bed decoration.

Sliding door could not close tightly so mosquitoes could come in. But the staff provided tape to seal opening.

The room was a nice size and clean and while I gad read other reviews about the noise from a nearby cafe/bar, I really didn’t notice any terrible noise. I was able to sleep fine. I had food delivered to my room a couple nights for dinner and thought it was decent and worth the price. Originally, I was going to stay for 6 nights, but extended and stayed another 6 nights.

I wouldn’t say this is something that I didn’t like, just something to share. Except for a convenience store snd a super market, there was not a lot nearby within walking distance, but if you don’t have your own transportation, there were plenty of places a short Grab/Gojet drive away.

That is a great hotel! Thank you very much for hospitality. Although our arrangement did not include breakfast, we've found much more to enjoy in the hotel -- comfortable beds, very friendly and attentive personnel, football and billiard tables, and quite reasonable prices in the restaurant. A special thanks for the gym: though small, it contains not so few pieces of equipment that can make a workout full-featured. also, rooms are much quiter than in most buildings in Indonesia. I can say that the hotel is well-designed and deserves all 4 stars it possesses.

Nice modern hotel, good family hotel, set back from main road therefore quiet, friendly staff, flat tv with Netflix already wifi set up, kettle/tea/coffee in room, big pool, separate kids pool with slide, good shower/bathroom, very clean and awesome breakfast buffet Indonesian style.

Location near main road stretch, good if you have car or scooter motor bike or else need to Gojek/grab or bluebird taxi to get around other restaurant’s, beach, shopping or bars.

The hotel looks nice and has a great look overall. Good restaurant and a comfy place.

The location is not the best if you’re looking to explore Bali in a cheap way. Good supermarkets and a few restaurants, but a long way to any alive like places and beaches.

The swimming pool and kids play ground. The hotel itself is a hidden gem. Although located in Nusa Dua, close to many attractions, it doesn't charge food and beverages with such expensive price. The room service and mini bar are at normal price. The staff are also friendly.

The pillow are too soft and the bolster are very hard, i got a neck pain when i wake up. When i asked the receptionist to change it, they said its their standard and they don't have any other stock and can't change it from other rooms. So for the next 2 days i have to sleep without using any pillows
