Location

The lighting in the rooms needs to be improved. It was very dark with only 2 side lamps n 1 ceiling bulb. I literally had to open the curtains during daytime to look at my stuff. And during the night I used my cellphones flashlight. Provide enough lightbulbs and let the people decide if they want to keep it dark or lit.

Good breakfast and wonderful staff. Hotel is clean and modern with a good pool. The hotel located in a good spot and near airport. I will recommend this place for friend and if I’m coming to Bali, sure will book a new room from here.

In pool area board flooring, there were few nails stick out of the boards, so be carefull. Also, in ristorante the menu were not include tax price, so was little bit of guard to see the bill.

The motel and staff are very friendly and go above and beyond. The rooms and facilities need refurbishing as they are tired. I also had cold showers as the hot water is limited or the system is down very low We also hired a room for a wedding all the white linen was grease stained and the PA system kept cutting in and out. The food and staff once again were fantastic. Location is good. I think the price of the rooms are to much as you can get a cheaper and refurbished room less than 100 meters down the road.

Very friendly staff, almost made you forget you are customers and employees and instead made you feel like acquaintances or friends. The rooms were quite decent, especially the bed. Also very clean. Housekeeping is very good. The location is good too, it's quite close to everything in Nusa Dua.

The biggest issue for me was the really bad WiFi that often didn't work properly. It actually was a lot better the closer you were to the reception, so I think this is something they could easily fix with some Wifi transmitters/receivers, but I assume this is something management has to decide, so I wouldn't blame the staff. The pool might be considered sub par by some, although personally, I liked being at/in it:). Also, Indosiar didn't work, wish I knew that so I didn't miss the Worldcup Match of Japan. For me, it's maybe a 3 star hotel, but with 5 star staff.

I really enjoyed the location and design of the hotel. But the most amazing thing about this accommodation is the friendliest staff! The people who work there are incredibly helpful and kind, always have a smile on their face and treat you like the most beloved guest. They upgraded my room without me asking for it, remembered my name when I was coming down for breakfast and were extremely helpful with any request I had. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends who are planning their holiday in Bali so they could feel extremely welcomed during their stay!

Some of the facilities need renovation and upgrade. For example they have a rooftop bar with a very cool view but it looks a bit abandoned and old. In general it's not a big deal, the facilities are usable and clean, just little space for improvement

We had a great stay at the Lerina Hotel Nusa Dua. Lovely clean and tidy rooms, tea and coffee, fridge stocked with complimentary water everyday. The staff were so friendly, they went above and beyond looking after us, booking taxi’s, downloading useful apps for us, recommending great restaurants, and places to go and visit for the day, highly recommended, thank you!

The restaurant food (ala carte) is superb. Everything was good especially the dimsum and fried rice. Family room with 3 single beds is very comfy. One of the best hotel service we've ever experienced; friendly receptionists and hotel workers.

deluxe room is 24sqm, abit small. Breakfast buffet menu was good, but could have been improved (taste, variety). The hotel lack exercise equipments, adding treadmill and dumbbells would be perfect.

The location is closer to the airport and very peaceful. It is the best place to explore south bali like uluwatu temple and nusa dua beaches with scooter. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was very hospitable with good breakfast spread. The rooftop gives a beautiful view of the ocean to sit and chill. Overall we would love to come back to the Lerina.

Absolutely loved the staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They simply couldn't help you enough. The food is fantastic, cooked well and delicious. For any backpacker on a budget. Absolutely perfect.

The property has its little defects. Nothing awful. For the price, it's exceptional.
