We had a truly spectacular time at the Hilton. All staff members are wonderful, some who come to mind are Chandra, Sri, Edy, Pendi, everyone at The Delicatessen, Warsu, Yulia, Wisnu, Yunita. Everyone is super helpful, kind and warm. The facilities at the Hilton are outstanding. There are five different restaurants to choose from and they all offer high quality and delicious food. You must try the S&P calamari at the Breeze and grab a snack from the Delicatessen - quick sandwiches and baked goods which are really delicious. The wood fired pizzas are to die for! The breakfasts are a real treat, offering such a great variety. It is also very rare that such variety is met with high quality. Everything at the buffet is excellent a d carefully prepared. The best scrambled eggs I have ever had! There are some free and also some paid activities that you can partake in everyday. The gentleman at the gym (I think his name is Warsu) treated us to a free yoga session. It was a treat, and he was wonderful. Be sure to check out what's on offer. The rooms are tastefully done. And the views from the room and as you walk through the hotel are breathtaking. Be sure to walk up to the observation deck to get a birds eye view of this spectacle of a hotel. The pools are great, we had so much fun on the slide! There are so many day beds available all round, even when it's really busy. The check in and check out process takes no less than 15 minutes each and is seamless. If you want to spoil yourself, this is the way to do it. The experience is worth every single penny and then some. I highly recommend Hilton for a luxurious getaway, especially if you want to getaway from some of the Bali madness. A real treat! The beach is not great. It's really rocky and has lots of seaweed washing up on the shore. Hilton seems to be addressing this though. There is quite a bit of construction happening on the beach to make the beaches more enjoyable.

The biggest problem about the property is that they have no swimmable beach at all. So if you come there and expect to swim in the ocean, you won’t get what you want. Years ago they had a beach (the one you can see on the pics from the helicopter), but recently that had to built breakwaters, so hotel doesn’t have beach at all. Other hotels nearby as Kempinski and ritz have better beaches but also not very swimmable with lots of seaweeds. For beaches I recommend to check other areas of Nusa Dua Our aim was to relax and swim in the ocean at first hand, but we didn’t achieve this goal.

The Hilton is a great 5 star resort, but if your after a bit of peace and quiet it’s probably not for you. Whilst my kids enjoyed the kids club, it was smaller then you’d expect given the size of the place and probably not fun for kids much older than 7-8. It also closed at lunch time for an hour. I think the resort wasn’t quite as well set up for kids as I would expect of such a big resort - the kids meals were very limited and not really for kids (no burgers, pasta or nuggets but instead grilled corn salad, charred Caesar bowl etc,) and they we’re playing very loud music right next to the toddler pool all day which was a bit overwhelming for the kids. They also only had very limited shuttles to ‘town’ even though their beach was closed the whole 6 days we were there.

The staff and their attitude is irreplaceable - Front desk staff are very accommodating - Beach and beach club - Clean rooms ! The views are amazing from every corner of the hotel The breakfast & their in-room services are quick & delicious Also big thanks to the trainee Andre for being very accommodative and taking such amazing pictures of me ! Also big thanks to all the staff in the hotel who are very generous with their smiles ! And they welcomed me with a sweet bday cake & a welcome letter ! Highly recommended

The pools are not huge ! But they’re nice It would’ve been nice to have adult pool vs. kids pool

Look and feel were nice, as you would expect of a resort

- Steam room and jacuzzi were unavailable - leak in our room (was told that it was a common issue) it was fixed quickly though and we got a dinner as compensation so that was good - Food and drinks are way too expensive, you don’t see many people ordering food and drinks. I’d recommend ordering food via Grab or go out for food. What you pay at the hotel for 1 meal you can eat out or order in for the whole week - weird credit card rules, you have to have the same credit card upon arrival otherwise you have to pay again (and potential extra costs are for yourself) - you have to pay (a lot) for water outside of your room, for a country where tap water is not safe you’d expect more water points (or any really) around the facilities

The breakfast was superb. It was delicious and provided so much variety each day. We loved the pool amenities and how much the resort served young families - providing a space for young kids to run, play, and tire themselves out until their hearts were content. It's in a beautiful location and felt like a really restful destination in Bali. The rooms were incredibly clean and we could tell the staff went the extra mile in providing excellent room service each day.

There could be more free water provided in the rooms - especially having kiddos and Bali being hot / spending a lot of time outside. It's never a bad thing to have extra water on hand.

Facilities were amazing. Breakfast was amazing. Everything was really great. Kids club for our toddler was excellent.

Everything at the resort was quite expensive. Basically 'western' prices rather than Bali prices.

Amazing breakfast, like literally amazing. I have stayed at Marriot and other 5 stars, but Hilton Bali's breakfast was amazing, there was so much variety that you needed to think what should i try today. The family room beds were huge, easily accomodated 15 year old teenagers. Dinner Buffet was bit underpar, it was good but not great, it could do with some more food variety. Only options were Balinese buffet or Spanish, they should change it up. Overally it was a great experience. We booked excusions through the hotel which were also great. A minmum 50K idr charge by taxi was not ideal to go to a place 2 mins away but i guess that's how it works. Nothing really at walking distance, you can either take the free shuttle to Bali collection, or what we found later was that the restuarants at Mengiat road give free rides to and from Hilton so keep that in mind, much better food there and cheaper as well, for example the Cockatoo bar.

A few more food options at the hotel would have been nice but again no complaints.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff very friendly. The beach is very nice (although it is a bit rough for swimming) and you can sit on the beach and watch the beautiful ocean. There are several different pools, including calmer spots with no kids playing around. The view from the room was very nice (ocean, rocks and trees) and the balacony was big with nice furniture. The room was big and clean and had everything you need. Our room was in the north wing which was a bit away from the pool area, but we ended up really enjoying it as it meant that is was very calm and quite at the room and the balcony The hotel also have a gym The breakfast buffe is huge and have basically everything you could ever imagine.

The food is expensive given what you get for the money (small portions and only decent food) They "clean" the beach every morning, but we realize that what they actually do is to dig holes in the sand and just put the garbage (plastic) in the holes, so they dont actually remove any of the garbage and plastic from the beach
