The staff were friendly and very helpful for all our needs. Ima, Yanti, Linda and Tini gave us a wonderful experience in the restaurant. The bellboy (Ferry?) was delightful and helped us with bags and drops off. The views are stunning and the food was really good as well. The one bedroom Villa is massive, with a brilliant pool, air con and daily restocked fridge. Perfect.

The rooms were tidy but there were issues with cleanliness. Mold in the showers and bath, dust across surfaces. Also the electrical outlets were not fitted to the walls correctly, with few operating correctly. I had to approach customer services about various issues in the Villa that should have been picked up before arrival.

simply amazing people. they knew us by names. pristine cleanness everywhere. breakfast is amazing- compared to other hotels. we stayed in 7 more during this travel. clean and nice pool. honestly, the best hotel in Bali I’ve tried!!! loved it.

the worst spa experience ever. I traveled with mom, booked a massage and treatment for us. we came to the spa center, booked a package. when we arrived, that treatment was unavailable. okay, we took a different one. the bath was dirty, they didn’t wash it after someone else. they didn’t change sheets after previous Clients. massage was 3/10 to be honest. flower bath had 3 flowers 😬 staff were super reluctant to wash the bath and change sheets. they wanted to put me and mom in the same bath, even tho we clearly said we don’t want that! then they said there’s no other room w hot water in their spa salon.

- the suite is one of the most luxurious/spacious I’ve been in - the staff are just plain lovely. we really felt heartwarmingly welcome - the relative proximity to the airport (30min by taxi) which allowed for a perfect first stop on our Bali tour - 15 min taxi-ride-away from Bali Collection (artificial “western/european” outdoors shopping center. not typical nor “interesting” per say, but practical) - 15 min taxi-ride-away from Pasar Sentral Nusa Dua, a much more typical hidden market where you will likely be the only non-indonesian, which could be your first taste of a Bali market/street food/prices overall a great hotel, perfect for a pit-stop to recharge your batteries before embarking on a more intense/memorable visit of what Bali has to offer

- let’s be honest - Nusa Dua is an artificial resort area for (wealthy) tourists. don’t expect many activities and/or much effervescence, but do expect “western prices” for services. it’s not the “real” Bali but for us it was a perfect spot to spend 2 easy nights, recovering from the jet-lag in a wonderful hotel, in a luxurious suite and surrounded by friendly and smiling personnel. overall it’s a “minus” that really isn’t one ; it all depends on the time you expect to spend there and what you expect to do in Nusa Dua… - we arrived on a rainy day, off-season (May), right after the Covid regulations were lifted so everything is totally understandable but it was a little disappointing to see half the hotel bars and restaurants closed (beach bar, pool bar..)

- Remote small resort meaning you need to plan your transportation well (we rented a scooter during our entire stay) - Bumpy access road which can be tricky by night - High humidity forcing freezing air conditioning - Quiet resort without any evening event or venue other than the restaurant

it is one of the best place i stayed in my life. Location is little far away from city but size of room and cleanness is the best. It was very good value for money. I will come back again, If i am going bali.

Ocean view, staff, rooms.

Beach was not clean and there was not any sunbed. Ocean and seabed are not clean at all times. Garden and swimming pool lighting is very poor. If they can manage good lighting for trees ,swimming pool , it will be perfect pool view. Prices for meals expensive comparing portion.

The staff are amazing from the valet to the front desk to the manager everyone was striving to make my stay an amazing one and they succeeded

The only thing this property falls short compared to all others I’ve stayed in is the food! The breakfast was horrible food was not nice the day the least with options like cold spring rolls and Xiao long bao with us a soup dumpling that in this buffet was filled with some potato and veg the bacon was atrocious the coffee was ok though I hate it give a negative rating but I must say it how it really was!

Location, Location, Location! Phenomenal panoramic Ocean views [alas not the Sunset side of the Island but still glorious in the mornings and evenings], well designed and massive guest rooms, serene, peaceful, quiet. We were the ONLY guests [due to the COVID situation] and had the entire vast property to ourselves. I would certainly stay here again.

All of Bali is still suffering from the economic impact of the COVID pandemic….. and Nusa Dua is no exception. This property, like thousands of others throughout Bali, has largely been sitting vacant for two years and the lack of maintenance sadly shows…. there is a lot of upkeep that needs to be done but there was only a ‘skeleton crew’ [just barely enough staff to keep things functioning] working, but they did their best to ensure our stay went smoothly.

Loved the cliff top location and friendly staff. Suites were a fantastic size and great value when booked thru Booking.com. 5min taxi ride to Nusa Dua shopping areas.

Suite building seems a little tired could do with better maintenance upkeep.
