location is good and pool is nice

they are completely disorganized. one time they took us to the port to do the snorkeling with manta saying they’ll come pick us up after, they never showed up and we had to walk back to the hotel from the port. one time they literally woke us up at 4 am asking if it was us that wanted to do the sunrise hike… it wasn’t us.

Amazing pool and spacious rooms

They were charging a lot more for ferry tickets than at the port. We understand making a profit but charging 2x more is too much. We walked the 5 minutes and saved a fair amount.

Our stay was good: location is great, it’s five minutes walking distance to the harbour and close to a lot of nice spots for eating. We rented the scooter at the hotel to visit the main attractions (they are all around 40 minutes away). We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel cause we wanted to try as many places as possible :) (highly suggest Penida Secret and The Chill for brunch). Rooms are ok, the furniture is very simple but it’s ok for the price you pay

Unfortunately there is a lot of noise from the moschea early in the morning, but the hotel cannot do anything about it :(

Compact and well maintained property, located very close to the beach where the speed boats arrive from Sanur port. They do offer a shuttle service for pickup and drop. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. There's a restaurant that serves good food but with limited options for vegetarian people like us. Staff are kind and friendly in general.

Although being cleaned regularly, the rooms do have a dampness and the floors may still appear not very clean. The towels provided are not upto standards. They may consider making some extra vegetarian choices available in the restaurant (we did give them advance notice before arrival on this requirement)

Exceptional hotel at a good location. The room had the widest bed, a good shower, a kettle, fridge and AC. The hotel staff kindly assisted when signing up for a massage and renting a motorbike. The restaurant is a good place to hang out and eat not only during breakfast time. Thank you for the great stay.

I would have wished to have an electric socket extender as there weren’t enough to charge mobile devices. The breakfast can get a bit repetitive when staying for longer periods, but for our 4-night stay it was just fine.

The staff was wonderful & very accommodating. They helped us book snorkeling, ferries, massages and a half day trip to the east coast. Upon arrival we indicated that we weren’t confident on scooters and the hotel suggested we forgo the scooters (and we were thankful we didn’t rent as we saw sooo many injured people from scooters, the roads were broken, traffic was intense and there are many steep spots to navigate). The room was basic, but comfortable and the AC worked well. The pool was wonderful and refreshing. We walked down to Wyn and Sunny numerous times and while it was a bit hairy at times with traffic, we found it very doable. Great vibes down there! We had a driver take us to other restaurants and beach clubs during the stay - we’d highly recommend eating at Next Level Cafe!!

The breakfast was basic and my least favorite of my two week trip, and the breakfast area was stuffy with lots of flies (a few fans would be a nice addition). The snorkeling company the hotel booked us with was a bit questionable, and not the best experience…I’d suggest booking on your own.

Good location close to port (free pick up included) with many restaurants & facilities within walking distance. Large, comfortable, clean room with by far the biggest bed I’ve ever seen! Nice gardens & pool area. Friendly staff & they helped us book 2 day tours, which were both great.

The breakfast was a little underwhelming. The beachfront near the property is not so nice (nothing to do with the property itself!).

Lovely service by Rendra at front desk, helping us with a smile for everything. Prompt resolution of each thing by staff and the manager who was on property and very hands on! Logistics / cleaning staff was very good, resolved our room issue on day 1 and made our stay very enjoyable! Thanks for the good time

Just a suggestion. Maybe cover the food spread at breakfast with a net / cloth as many flies around in Nusa P

Big, comfortable bed, AC worked really well! Staff was super helpful and helped us getting a driver and booked activities and the boat back for us.

The breakfast wasn't great as it was the same every day. By 9am it was mostly cold with all the options already empty. They did make more upon request. Also the laundry service was a rip-off and took longer than promised.

The best part of the property was the distance from the ferry harbour which was a 10 minute drive which the hotel has pre-arranged pick/drop service for free. The staff was very polite and respectful. The in-house restaurant was very fulfilling with a good variety of options available. Would recommend to give it a try if you feel tired from all the travelling around the island during the day. The pool as well is refreshing after a day full of exploration.
