The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They organised scooters and laundry service for us. When we arrived we could store our luggage since we were too early for check in. A staff member explained to us what we could do/see in meantime. You could ask for anything and they tried to help. They even helped us getting a boat back to Bali. The room was nice, comfortable and clean. The staff cleaned every morning and changed towels from time to time. The room even had a water dispenser! Showering supplies were there. Air conditioning was fully working.

In the very early morning there were quite loud prayers in the mosque nearby. But the staff informed us about it and provided earplugs.

I stayed here with my family for 2 days. The hotel is very well located between the Maruti and Toya Pakeh Beach Ports. It's very convenient to go if you travel by Maruti Fast Boat from Sanur. The hotel is a bang for the buck. The hotel premises are very well maintained and has a cosy, calm and private feel. Rooms are very good, but could see a little maintenance as the walls have started to peel, but not a deal breaker. Rooms have all amenities such as TV, tea/coffee kits, kettle, 20 litre water dispenser and all required toiletries. We could not use the swimming pool but it seemed very clean and properly maintained. All the staff (also from their restaurant) are extremely polite, helpful, smiling and courteous. They make you feel welcomed and provide quick assistance with whatever you need. Special thanks to Ms. Ayu, who helped us book boat tickets to and fro Nusa Penida and also arranged a free drop and check in at the boat counter. She also helped us with all the accurate information about the Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Ceningan. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and approachable for any matter. She can help you arrange scooter/taxi rentals and organise tours at great prices. I would definitely stay here again if I plan to visit Nusa Penida again in the future.

The walls in the rooms need a little touch up. All good otherwise.

Ayu the receptionist is so friendly and helpful. She welcomed us and showed us to our room, gave us a map of the island and arranged a day trip around the island. She was so kind as to recommend places to eat and where to catch sunset. The hotel also organises bikes for rental. Restaurant attached is very nice and has a great choice. Rooms were comfortable and has a folder of information about the island which was very useful. The location was excellent and close to the boat.

We did not use the pool as it did not have chlorine but this may be fine for others.

Everything! They help us booking the fast boat, renting a scooter and also to do snorkelling. Everything closes to the hotel. Highly recommended!

Saka Boutique Hotel was everything I had expected and more during our trip in Nusa Penida. The staff was very welcoming with open arms. Because of the rain in Bali, Saka Boutique was on top of knowing the statuses of the harbors to give us a heads up before our trip to Nusa Penida. Since the harbor we were leaving out of was shut down, the staff was quick to find another solution and make reservations for our ferry on their end. They were also quick getting me a scooter rental the day of. Saka Boutique is located on a slighty busy street with many different options for food within walking distance. This hotel maybe a little farther from the main tourist attractions but at the end of the day they are in a very convenient location for food, transportation, spa, diving, etc.

The staff was extremely helpful. We had the boat tickets booked through the hotel, as well as our day trips on the island. All of these expenses could be paid with credit card upon checkout. We arrived early on the day of arrival and left with the 12:30 boat, we could use the room on arrival and stay beyond checkout time to wait for the boat departure. The hotel provided beach towels for us to go on the day trips. There are plenty of restaurants nearby serving decent food, one even with live music in the evening. I also liked that there is a large water dispenser in the room instead of small plastic bottles to reduce plastic waste.

It's very close to the ferry pier, hence doesn't make sense to book a car to get to the hotel. However the road from the pier to the main road is rocky, if you carry a heavy suitcase, it will be very inconvenient. If you were to book a hotel further away, you will have to rent a car and won't notice this. Of course this is not the hotel's fault, just something to keep in mind. I'd imagine the staff will arrange a reasonable way for guests with large and heavy luggage if asked.

Most convenient location to the harbours and no more than an hours ride from any of the major sights..east or west of the island! Best thing though was the staff, most friendly and willing to assist in any way. Always with a smile. Loved the place! Nice touch was the cold water urn in the room giving a constant supply of cold fresh water. The receptionist was next level nice!

Not much in way of cupboard and hanging space, but hey,it’s an island, no one really cares!

Comfy room with free water in your room, jug tea and coffee, fridge, ear plugs, toothbrushes. Theres a little balcony to dry your clothes on. The bathroom was good. Great location as we didnt have a bike and can walk to restaurants. Some lovely food nearby. Staff organised a private driver for us to see the sights. $600k for the west side. Finally the pool was lovely.

Can hear traffic out the front on the main road but thats about it and didnt really bother us. Great value for $.

We were so well treated, all the staff and Ayu in particular did everything to make our stay perfect. She arranged both West and East tours with private drivers and managed to change one itinerary to include some other points we wanted to see. Ayu even arranged a lift to the port for us to help with the bags. The location is really good, at a 6min walk from the port, the room was clean, had a big comfy bed and a great bathroom. The WiFi works perfectly and it has a nice pool to relax after the tours. So overall great quality for the price.

Nice hotel with a small but nice swimming pool. Good location with regard to the proximity to the harbour, snorkeling and other shops (restaurants, spa etc.). At night it was normally quiet. No problem with mosquitos either. The own restaurant has good food too. The staff is so nice, especially Ayu. Ayu is just great: very guest-oriented, friendly and always reachable and helpful. She organized just everything for us and was very flexible to any of our wishes or plan changes. Everything Ayu suggested was very good. We could really just lay back with Ayu and enjoy our stay in Nusa Penida. Thank you Ayu for the surprise at arrival and everything else!

I must say the call to prayer from the mosque was very interesting to me compared to some in other countries that I had heard so far. Nevertheless, having a light sleep, I would wake up every day at around 4/4:30 in the morning when the call to prayer started. Compared to other mosque's call to prayer that I knew, this went for pretty long (over 30 minutes if I am not wrong) so that I more or less could not really get a full sleep cycle at night. The hotel provides you with earbuds.
