Nice resort at the beach, awesome view to bali.

Having a mouse in the room. Beach misses places in the shadows. The sea is not for swimming as there is a farm for sea weed.

It was stunning with a great variety of places to relax, pool, beach, sun lounges, hammocks, comfortable big beach chairs, pool towels fresh every day. They provided pool games, balls and board games. The shower was hot and the water pressure was very good. There were a great variety of restaurants nearby with a great range of foods and prices. The breakfast had a very big selection of foods with an egg cook. The staff were helpful and friendly organising bike hire and transport quickly and reasonably priced. The pool bathrooms were clean and fresh.

Amazing staff and real accountability shown by the restaurant manager (Nyoman Suvarna). So pleased as we were disappointed with very limited vegetarian options for breakfast. Nyoman made sure to follow up and resolve the issue overnight despite its extremely difficult to organise food on island in a short time. Thank you! We were also a bit concerned about some reviews of limited beach access due to seaweed farming. It's true to an extent, however the views from Mahagiri are the best we found compared to other places. White sand and mount Agung views are amazing too. The pool was superb. Our villa was amazing too. Loved the short time we spent at Mahagiri.

I found contacting the hotel through the phone wasn't very responsive. Tried calling twice while in Bali before our stay and just did not have any luck. Being a Vegetarian and Vegan traveller, I'd like to see more of those food options added as the world evolves to a more sustainable way of living.

The hotel is very nicely located next to a large and clean beach. The pool is amazing and the room has everything you need. The facilities are very nice and well maintained. If you are lucky you can enjoy a nice BBQ with live music on the beach. The beachbar is very nice and they offer nice drinks. Breakfast buffet is extensive but we preferred to eat out since there are so many nice places around. You can also book a massage which was very nice.

It is quite a big resort, if you like that, it's fine. But while exploring we also saw many nice and smaller accommodations which fit better with the vibe and size of this island.

Location was near (Legend) dive resort. The lagoon villas were pretty compared to the other rooms. There’s a nice spa outside the resort as well a place that served pretty good coffee (Bonzer).

Place was a little dated. Breakfast is really lacking. Food are cold with lots of flies. The egg station lady tries to avoid looking at people hoping you won’t order. When you just ask for eggs anyway she mumbles away in bahasa. The waffles they make it on the spot but don’t serve it hot, they put it aside till it’s cold before letting guest take.

On check in they did ask that I pay again which I had to show an email to confirm that I had already paid direct to Resort. The beachfront rooms nice and spacious with a wonderful view over pools and beach. the bathroom was basic for a 4 star. No soap was provided for shower. It can get noisy in the rooms due to the timber entry doors opening and closing from nearby rooms and people walking along corridor. There is no lift so need to go up 2 floors of stairs. Breakfast was fairly basic compared to other 4 star resorts. Staff were helpful.

Hotel has a great location at top of island, easy to get to from fast ferry drop off (you can get transfers a lot cheaper on arrival from locals than what your ferry company will offer). facilities and food at hotel were amazing. watching the sunset on the beach is a must. would book again.

Make sure you ask for ANY receipts when paying cash, easier to charge to your room and pay at the end. paid 150,000IDR for some drinks at the Gazebo Bar (on beach) and didn’t collect my receipt. 2 hours later, the bar staff came over demanding I pay for my bill. I insisted I’d already paid, went over with him to check their copies of receipts and count the cash in the register. He was up 180,000IDR which my 150,000 with Tax would’ve been. Long story short, just charge to your room or keep receipts.

this was hands down the most beautiful place we witnessed a sunset - the view of the mountains is just insane. the massages we had at the on-site spa were INCREDIBLE. Not just best massage in Bali, but genuinely ever. the ladies are incredible - I felt so relaxed I think I floated out of the room lol

the Villas are a little outdated, the beds aren’t super comfortable…we are in our twenties and had stiff backs. also the Villa we were in smelt a little like chlorine, but this was easily fixed with the plug-in perfume. any issues we had were not from the staff (they were incredible, from front desk to restaurant) but the owners should do a little updating. will return for sunset drinks + spa but won’t stay again until it’s updated

It's a very big, spacious hotel situated right at the tip of Nusa Lembongan. From our ocean view room balcony, we had a beautiful view of Mt Agung. The staff were very friendly & helpful, the grounds & pool were well maintained. The breakfast was basic but ample choices available. The room itself was quite spacious & of course the view from the balcony was just gorgeous 😍

Late at night it took a little while for the hot water to come through the shower, it eventually arrives -you just have 2 be patient. Overall that's a very small thing, there are plenty of positives about this property. I just mention it because at first you might think there's no hot water - but there is 😃

Incredible views over a private beach with great sun loungers for guests to use. Beautiful pools and really friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were cleaned daily. They have cheap scooter rental. Resort is at the quiet end of the island which made it extra relaxing.

Small bathroom which after a few days had a smell coming from the drains. Breakfast buffet and food was average. Taxi service only starts at 8am so they were unable to help us with our check-out as we had to leave at 7:30am.
