A huge thank you to Mushroom Bay Bungalows. Value for money with a view like this is unheard of! I booked on a whim, when I saw other reviews and was blown away! Right on the beach with a restaurant/chill area with pool right on the beach. We watched the waves breaking each night and has great food from the menu. Nothing was too much for the staff and they were always attentive with huge smiles. If you are looking for 5 star this spot is not for you. If you want a place that feels like home, is clean, with the most amazing views and all the essentials, this is the winner. Extremely well priced, great pools (x 2) our bungalow No. 1 has views directly looking out at the ocean, it might be a 3 star and of so slightly "tired" after the country reopening after covid but we will be back again and we will be staying much longer than 4 days. This is a little bit of paradise. We enjoyed watching dolphins jumping in the bay on two afternoons and there is a small black tipped (read harmless bottom feeder) shark that was nicknames Shelly The Shark that swims all day up and down the little gully looking for food. We snorkelled right off the beach at the bungalows and saw almost all of the Finding Nemo tank fish.. except for Nemo but that didn't matter, it was amazing. Do yourself a favour and book, if you are chilled and not OCD about every little detail and not 5 star resort people. THIS IS YOU SPOT!

The hotel is in the perfect spot, right on the bay. It has the best view as it’s high up and you can view the whole bay. They even have an infinity pool, and another pool. The staff were great (miss them already), and the price was crazy cheap. But, the hotel itself needs some TLC. If the hotel had the investment like some others on the island, this could be 5*, but if you don’t mind your accommodation being slightly dated and rough around the edges, this is perfect. We loved it.

The place needs some real TLC, but they are doing the best they can with what they have. I’ll certainly be back.

The location is fabulous, it's right on the beach overlooking Mushroom Bay. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The restaurant overlooks the bay and is so perfect you want to sit there all day listening to the waves and admiring the view. The two swimming pools are really nice. They have enough loungers for the number of people staying and the pool up the top next to the restaurant is very nice and refreshing. The rooms are very basic but it is all you need as you don't spend any time in there other than to sleep. It is a quiet resort, a little tired like alot of places, but look past that and you will not find a better place to stay in the best location on the island. Thank you to Wayan and Adri

Location is the best in Nusa Lembongan! Service friendly and respectful, always helpful with any request. Excellent value for money. Amazing views from multiple seating places, with bar service provided wherever we choose to sit. Situated above a beautiful swimming beach, with two fresh water pools also, we are spoilt for choice!

Withdrawing cash in Nusa Lembongan is not easy. This is no reflection on Mushroom Beach Bungalows, who accommodate all your needs with no need for cash at all for the whole stay.

The staff is lovely and very helpfull. The location is realy nice. 2 swimming pools. Possibility to rent scooter and take the boat ticket directly with the hotel. Sea front, 30 seconds from the beach. Amazing view. You can hear the waves from your bed :) There is a spa also directly in the hotel, with see view. The equipment are old and some repairs are needed but for the price you paid i think this is fair ! The hotel next door is 5 times more expensive and I don't think it is five time nicer !

Mushroom Bay has a load of beach restaurants but the Mushroom Beach Cafe is definitely the nicest of them all. Not over priced and the food is great. The view is untouchable and the pool overlooking the bay is amazing.

The place definitely needs some maintenance but that will come with more visitors. Please do support the accommodation. The staff are incredible and take pride in everything they do. The entry/road to the accommodation needs to be made better.

Great location with beautiful view from restaurant/bar - perfect for sunset drink and quite good food. Rooms nice but basic and a little run down now after shut down, but for that price it is great value! Nice pool!

Understandably, after shut down with no income maintenance is a little behind, but easy to oversee with if you are not too picky.

Wayan was incredibly helpful and friendly. The pool has a gorgeous view of the sunset and the happy hour drinks are great! (Thanks Indra!) The location on Mushroom Beach is perfect with lots of dinner options along the beach. The air-conditioning worked well.

The bathrooms need renovations and smell like mothballs. If your room is on the bottom floor you can hear the people upstairs walking around.

it was exceptional ! the location cannot be beat. The staff were so so lovely, mention to Wayan and Indra. they were so attentive and welcoming . They were very lovely to my two young children

not much, if you have kids walking under 2-3 it can be a little difficult because there are lots of stairs but still manageable!
