Nice , helpful staff, clean room, large comfortable bed. The location is close to every port. You can rent motorbike/taxi service from the staff. There is a cool restaurant in front of the suite. The breakfast was excellent, we also had dinner here, everything was delicious. Highly recommended!

When we rented the motorbike , we asked them to fill up the gas because there was only a little amount of fuel which was not enough for making a whole day island trip. They said we had had to fill up the gas for ourselves. Normally the vehicle is rented out with a full tank and returned with a full tank.

The accommodation was very clean and a lovely bathroom with outdoor shower which was great! Bed was really comfortable too which made for a great nights sleep. The air conditioning worked well which meant we could stay cool, you can also leave it one while you’re out so you come back to a cool room. The pool was very clean and lovely to get into as it’s right on your doorstep. There is a great restaurant opposite which we ate in a number of times. The best part of the accommodation was the amazing staff, they went above and beyond to help us and made our stay memorable. Staff booked our snorkelling trip for us, rented our bike for us and managed the issue we had with our bike (our fault) for us which was amazing. Ditak who works on front desk went above and beyond to help us which we are greatful for and he did it with great care and a smile. Melinda was also super friendly and welcomed us and made us feel nothing was to much trouble. I would recommend staying here as you know any issue you will always have support from the amazing staff (Ditak and Melinda). Thank you guys!!

The room was amazing, clean. As soon as we arrived we had a glass of fresh juice as a welcome. Very friendly hotel and good breakfast. Big room, with air conditionar and big toilet. Very quiet during the night.

The hotel is in front of the beach, but this one cannot be use to swimming. It is not very central so we need to rent a motorcycle if we wanted to go to a proper beach and to have more choices for meals.

Friendly stuff. And they gave us great upgrade. Very good sunrise view.

It was my first time on Penida, and it appeared that the location is rather distant from everything. (it can be a plus as well) I also did not expect that the place will be very close to the driving road, but actually it was not very noisy.

The property is located on a terrace just by the ocean. Note that there is no beach there. The view from the restaurant and the expensive villas is amazing. The staff were very cheerful and polite.

Please note that the genral villas have no view of the ocean. Also please remember this is not a resort. The name may be misleading. They have soke small and big villas/rooms and a restaurant. And also from some pictures the proper might appear to be very big. But it is not so.

Its a great hotel for the value that it costs. Very clean and comfortable with nice rooms and beautiful bathrooms. Even a nice bathtub included and outside shower with hot water. A nice little balcony where you can sit in front of the room. The staff is super friendly and easy to contact for questions. Breakfast included is good but a but small. It is situated on a nice cliff with ocean view and 2 separate pools.

The hotel cleans the rooms every day, even when I said it was not necessary they insisted. They provide a toothbrush set, which is amazing. But the moment you take it out to use it, after the cleaning is done they provide you with a new set. I find this a bit of a waste and unnecessary. They also use plastic bottles in the rooms and provide new ones each day. I think they could change this to a better less polluting system of glass bottles. In general, the hotel could have a look at using less plastic and more sustainable solutions in my opinion.

Nice view to pool and ocean. Spacious room, comfortable beds. Its location is in a quiet area but it is just few minutes walk to The Chill Penida bar which I find a wonderful place to chill! There are also other restaurants nearby. The property management offered us pick-up service package from/to hotels in Bali and that made our trip easier.

Water from the shower is weak and on-off (that in the bathtub is strong though). Not many choices for breakfast and food is just okay. The pool is very small.

Fantastic place, views, pools and staff were very Friendly and made us feel very welcome. Restaurant was great, and the views were awesome. Best restaurant in the area with awesome music. I Loved the outdoor shower which had great hot water. Pools were amazing. Super clean little resort.

The only thing I can say was the air conditioning during the day wasnt the best due to no insulation in the roof as its a wooden villa with heaps of gaps. But at night was cool, and the bed had a net but we didn't need to use it. No English channels on the TV, but we didn't come here to watch TV.

I really enjoyed my 2 night in this wonderful place. I had the best room and the ocean view. The personal was so nice, kind and helpful. Very quiet and peaceful area. Beautiful sunrise from the room. Just Wow! It’s a perfect place to disconnect and to be with yourself and the nature. No mosquitos in my room and also not too many in the area, because of the ocean wind. Thank you very much for such a great experience. Hope to can back soon again.

The hotel has 2 pools, perfect for a summer afternoon. The accommodation helped us book pick up from the harbour.

The aircon could barely keep up with the heat of Bali. Outdoor shower great during the day, not so much at night due to many little bugs 🌿 We booked ocean view, wasn’t quit it, just a tinny side window. Lastly we asked for extra bed as booking said sofa bed was available, the gave us a single mattress on the floor for the kid without a net
