- Hospitality, the staff are so well trained and so accompanying! We felt as if we met lots of friends during our stay there. A big shout out to Dy, Yuni, and Cintya for taking care of us during our stay❣️ - The food is to die for! The food is reasonably priced given the fact that it's in a hotel. They offer a wide range of food that suits people from different countries. You can find bites and drinks at the beach too. They have the best hotel chef - Artawa at the backstage. They showed high standards in food safety and food quality, which made me feel very safe eating there. The servers were great and attentive, thanks to Intan! - the hotel is relatively new, it was opened in 2021 and the facilities are well maintained. The pool isn't big, but it can get crowded in the afternoon. However, it closes at 9 pm, which gave us enough time to swim and relax. - Kids club, is the best! They open 8am-8pm and provide a good amount of activities everyday to keep the children busy. I felt safe leaving my child at the kids club with the staff members. - flexible check in and check out time.

Location - it's far from the beach and the main street. There's only 1 shuttle to the beach and Bali collection each hour. It would be much better if this can be altered to at least once in 15 mins or even twice an hour. The van was always full and the hotel taxi was in high demands too. If you miss the van then you'll have to wait, or call a taxi that runs by meters. However, you can get a bike from the spa for 2 hours if you'd like to explore around.

I wanted to share our amazing experience at Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort. Our recent stay was simply wonderful, and I can't thank you and your team enough for providing us with such a memorable visit. From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed and valued. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any request made during our stay even more special. The pools, spa, restaurant, kids area, including the rooms were very luxurious and modern. The staff were always attentive and ready to assist with a smile. We especially appreciated a beautiful decoration with red rose petals done in our room on our request at a very short notice organised by the Hotel, which added a unique touch to our vacation. It truly exceeded our expectations and made our time at the hotel unforgettable. All the staff at the Reception, Backstage, Lava Land, Bell boys, room assistants in your hotel are wonderful, however, I would like to highly commend few of your outstanding staff members, Dy, Wulan, Sri, Andrew, Meyla, Listi and Mang Ade. During our recent stay at your Resort, they all went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience, and their dedication deserves special recognition. They were always helpful and quick to respond to our requests, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and a friendly attitude. Their beautiful smile, hospitality and attention to detail made us feel valued and welcome. They all played a significant role in making our stay enjoyable, and we truly appreciated their efforts. There was nothing which I didn't like, we liked every bit of this resort.

It is a beautiful resort, however check in and drink service is slow. Loved the lap pool, felt like we nearly always had it to ourselves. Favourite staff member was Unita. very hard working and great to talk to, perhaps another bartender would help in that particular bar. Breakfast was fantastic, I recommend you sit in the air conditioned restaurant, you can still enjoy food from both. Floors in the rooms could be kept a bit cleaner, they were a bit grimy and slippery and when I wiped over them, my cloth was very dirty. We had our own driver and hotel staff were not very polite to him. Overall a wonderful stay, loved the freestanding bath and the friendliness of most of the staff.

Slow drink service. Hotel staff being rude to my private driver, we like seeing all people respected. It's a little far away but most water sport companies provide free transport.

Staffs were proactive on 2 occasions when I experienced items misplaced and communication was a breeze with the Watsapp application. Thankful that the items were returned to me safely. They were attentive to our needs & requests, including my kid. Activities in the kid's club were engaging and my little one enjoyed it very much. Breakfast spread is awesome with lots of choices to pick from. I personally like the freshly made masala dosa and pancake. Not sure if I have seen miso soup but I certainly liked the soto ayam soup with spinach noodles. Buggy service to the Spa is a great plus. The blue pea kombucha in purple is an unique refreshing welcome drink that my family remembers. Service staffs at the restaurants were polite and patient to explain the ingredients of the dishes that were new to us. Overall, it's been a great stay and thanks to all the service staffs!

Availability of payment by Wise card will be great. Privilege for hotel charges for members is not applicable unless the booking is not through a 3rd party platform. It would have been better if the area at the beach is separated by smoking and non smoking preferences. Water sports activities can't be charged to the hotel as they are independent providers. It's a good option to be able to do so if I haven't brought enough cash or credit card to the beach. Some hiccups with the transfers and we wait for more than an hour for pickup as we couldn't get into the scheduled transfer which is fully packed.

Beautiful swimming pools and modern amenities including gym and spa. There are daily activities to keep guests fit and entertained. On site Chinese restaurant Lion X cooks some of the best Chinese meals in Bali.

Breakfast is a big spread and most dishes are not well made so after a round I would only go back for some fruits/juices. laksa was great but only available on 1 of the 2 days I was there for some reason. Location - it’s not the most conveniently located resort. There are shuttle busses to the beach but you do need to plan your trip ahead and can only stay at the beach for a min 1 hour to catch the next bus back.

The property is beautiful and they have a lot of good activities. I enjoyed yoga by the beach. The service by the staff was also really good. I checked in and there was a stain in the bedsheets which they attended to and changed right away. Staff were always attentive and served gracefully with a smile. The experience at their spa was one of the best I've had. From the ambience to the quality of the treatment it was a great experience.

They're currently under construction. The noise during the day is unbearable if you're planning to stay in the room. Some issues with cleanliness in the room like water marks on the table and stained sheets and curtains.

beautiful new hotel. really warm surroundings and not too big. lots of intimate spaces for relaxing. the staff were amazing and so friendly and welcoming. the breakfast buffet was generous and you serve yourself. (we stayed at the Mulia afterwards and we felt like we were being ripped off at their buffet which was not self service and the portions were small. Mulia also charge you $7.50 plus tax for a soft drink. ) Renaissance was really good value and I think we would all have to have stayed there, now that we have experienced another hotel.

I think the food could use some work. a lot was quite tasteless and getting salt wasn’t that easy. in saying that, the burger was amazing. the buffet breakfast could use some better pastries.

We had a lovely and an awesome time at this resort. Staff here from Resort Manager (Alex) to driver to Bar (Bayu & Suli) and kitchen personals were awesome to hang around with and made us feel home away from home - resort home. We had buffer breakfast everyday on our stay and can’t complain about anything. We were there to celebrate mother-in -laws birthday and staff at Breakfast even greeted us with cake and song birthday song for my her. We had dinner at two other restaurants too - Backstage and Loin X, food was awesome, and atmosphere was great too. Pool is awesome just to relax in it. The pool Bar and staff looked after very well, and they also had a DJ on one of the afternoons. The R Bar – specially Bayu and Suli made our stay even better at this bar providing drinks to us and my family. Even Bayu went out of his way to create a drink which was awesome and refreshing to having that hot weather. If you there ask for Bayu’s special drinks which is not in the menu – you will not go wrong. Room service, pool, restaurant, breakfast, other staffs – can’t complain. We were treated like kings. Overall, I recommend this to stay and feel the great vibe here.

Amazing hotel. The staff is fantastic, Andrew and Ria were just the best! The spa marvelous - best massage I’ve had in my life. I even went 3 times. Breakfast is delicious so is the Chinese restaurant. Pool is great and really loved their amenities at the beach - which is a short drive from the hotel and leaves every hour.

Breakfast gets a bit too full depending on the time but nothing that compromises the quality of the food or staff’s care. The one point to improve would be the cocktails, but that’s just a tiny detail.
