The room (plus en suite) was very spacious, elegant, well-appointed, and very close to both the pool and the restaurant - which we had requested - could not have been better located. The pools were crystal clear and a nice temperature. It isn't a party hotel (at least when we were there) and the whole place was peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was extensive and varied - a mix of Western and Indonesian offerings, and there was an egg-pancake-waffle station. The regular shuttle service to and from the hotel's lovely private "beach club" worked really well, although it wasn't a huge walk from the property anyway (about 2.3 km). There were 6-8 nice low- to mid-budget warungs and restaurants for an inexpensive dinner each night - all within about 300 metres. Staff in every department were excellent, friendly, and couldn't do enough for you. Can recommend this property if you seek somewhere quiet, relaxed, and very friendly.

The private "beach club" is excellent for still-water sea swimming - the best we've had in Bali - however if low tide falls between about 10.00 am and 4.00 pm, the water is too shallow, and swimming is not possible, so the pools at the hotel are better. A sign in the lobby showing tides times (especially low tide) would be a great addition, and we suggested this to reception staff. The hotel is not on the beach, however it isn't a really long walk, while the upside is that restaurants and shops are right at your door. However Nusa Dua does not have the shopping / dining "buzz" of the strips in Sanur, Kuta, Legian, or Seminyak (although the quiet, overall elegance, and the beach make up for this).

it was such a peaceful oasis in busy Nusa Dua. Large bathroom, with an amazing shower, one of the best we’ve come across in Bali. Spacious bedroom. Two Large pools. Excellent staff everywhere. very clean.

The beds were a little on the firm side. Since we are over 70 we now like a softer topping. BUT would definitely not have bothered us when we were younger, plus we slept really well.

it is a beautiful property, like a super big villa with beautiful pool and well maintained garden. the room is huge and grand with a spacious bathroom and decent size balcony. the staffs are super kind and all smiles, especially the ladies at the reception, they are just outstanding!! the nice litte private beach with daily shuttle every 2 hours is so perfect. great value for money.

i feel that this property could have an update and refreshment in few items. it feels “dated” and gloom, and we understand the covid hits Bali tourism hard. we can feel that they’re not fully bounced back from that by not so many staff around, variety in the breakfast. we went to pool in the morning, and up until late evening our used towel is still lying there without any staff collecting it. some corridors we see haven’t been mopped for few days because we keep seeing the dead butterfly on the same spot for 3 days. the pool could be little cleaner as well. but apart from that, we enjoyed the stay 🙂

Very cosy and beautiful hotel, really nicely arranged pool area. Far from the beach but they provide free transfer to the beach 4 times a day - where you get sunbed with mattress and beach towel. Nice beach there, water is not clean but it is a common theme on Bali. Beach is much quieter there with smaller waves as it is hidden by peninsula. Room is spacious and has everything you need. Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided daily. Buffet breakfast - was good but nothing special. You can find some nice places to eat not far away as well as convenient stores. 3 min away from hotel you can buy sim card

WiFi was almost not working at all. It was poorly working only at the pool area but not in the room. It was ok for us as we bought local sim card.

The staff are wonderful, the hotel is great and beautifully decorated.

The coffee at breakfast is so bad, please improve this and the hotel would be one of the best in town.

There were almost no insects, only a few nice geckos outside :) If you are afraid of insects - definitely a good place to stay. Food is really good here. Similar to a decent Turkey's hotel all-inclusive, but with less variety. The location is a bit far from the beach, but it is possible to reach within 15-20 minutes. They have shuttles to their beach once every 1-2 hours. They even helped us to get to the beach outside of the shuttle hours (for free).

Lovely day staff, both at reception and the restaurant. We have stayed here a few times now and love the size of the rooms and the hotel is not too large, but has good facilities.

Even though our booking was a bit last minute, check in was painfully slow. Two, whom appeared to be junior male staff, were on duty in the early evening. One staff was constantly on their phone at the reception desk, (not related to our check in, which didn't give a great impression) while the other seemed to have no idea what he was doing. It appeared he didn't understand the hotel room allocation system. Check in took 40min with no one else around. Suggest 1 senior staff is always present, day or night.

Wonderful place and feeling of Bali! It is located in perfect place, everything is in walkable distance. One of the greatest benefit of hotel - private beach spot (they have a shuttle from hotel to it). Would highly recommend this hotel if you want a feeling of Bali.

First of all, manage your expectation: this is an older hotel in traditional Balinese style. So if you’re looking for ultra luxurious design or modern youthful hotel, this is not it. Having said that, this hotel is an excellent value of money. Clean spacious rooms with comfortable bed and aircon that works, beautiful Balinese furniture and decor, big bathroom, friendly and helpful staff, nice pools. A shuttle bus will take you to the private beach and nearby restaurants/shops. Didn’t use the gym or the restaurant, so can’t say anything about that.

*Not sure how to explain this, but the closet in the bedroom smells like ‘old wood’? (but other than that, all furnitures work fine). *I would welcome an update of the fridge and faucet in the bathroom (although again, they still function alright). *There is no restroom or change room at the beach club, and I’d wish the staff would actively and continuously remove thrash from the beach (sometimes debris will drift from the sea). Pretty sure they can handle more than just handing out beach towels.
