Simply amazing from start to finish. Service was personalized, the villa was one of the best we have ever stayed in and the surrounding area of south Lombok was truly breathtaking. We will be back!

The menu options and the food quality are very poor for a place that aims to be 5 starts. Also it took one hour every time we ordered something. To the point that we ended ordering Grabs to restaurants very far and yet it was taking less time to arrive. They are 1k+ USD/night villas but there are no indications in the road to the Tampah Hills entrance. Also, once inside, there are no indications to the different villas so you always need the staff to tell you or just memorize the way. The roads are very steep, difficult ifnyou come with your own car. In general, they are still not there to make people feel that they don't need to leave the villa for anything. They should have one person of the staff assigned full time to each villa, like other (and cheaper) developments in south Lombok have.

The villa looks amazing. Views and the pool are stunning. All materials feel and look very nice. The overall design and asthetics are a masterpiece in design!

We never received an inquiry about our stay from the management, so here's our comprehensive feedback: First of all, there was a massive lack of upfront information on services like menu options, scooter rentals, and activities available. We never received any message until 2 days prior arrival. Detailed informations, only at the arrivan. Though the villa initially appeared appealing, numerous issues detracted from the experience. The upstairs main bathroom only had an outdoor shower. Which is fine but is lacked lighting, making it inconvenient, especially during dark hours. Additionally, ceiling leaks and water accumulation under windows were problematic. The glass doors in the living room were poorly sealed, inviting a plethora of insects indoors, making the bedroom the only sanctuary. We are aware that our stay was during the start of the rain season, which are espacially known for many insects. But basically not beeing able to spend the evening in the main living room without cudelling with hundreds of insects on the sofa is very much unaccaptable. The cleaning schedule coinciding with breakfast wasn't ideal; flexibility in scheduling would have been appreciated. While the staff was friendly, their professionalism fell short when compared to other five-star establishments. For example our morning requests for juice and fruits weren't initially addressed until we prompted them after noticing the offerings on the menu. The day after we got asked but not for the fruit plate. All amenities, such as tennis, padle etc., were not complimentary, which felt unexpected given the price point. The lack of mosquito nets led to uncomfortable nights, as we were repeatedly bitten. Towels and a toothbrush were taken but not replenished. The cherry on the top happened during checkout, despite setting a "Do Not Disturb" sign, the intrusion at 1:20 PM disrupted our packing process, leaving us feeling uncomfortable and disregarded.
