We love the room, so comfortable, the kids love it. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, near everywhere. The amenities are complete.

The room is not soundproof, we can hear any sounds from outside and inside building. The guest elevators sometimes has errors, we have to wait quite a long time. The parking lot is too small, and the access also very small. The restaurant for breakfast is small, can't accomodate a lot of people at the same time. Around 9 o clock, several menus have run out. The pool is very small, kid size.

Breakfast selection could be better. While the staff is friendly the food selection rather not to my liking. would rather see more American like spread. I totally understand it was Indonesia favourites but guest like me would not consume heavy stuff like rice , mie soto and such, nonetheless my wife enjoys her breakfast . She an Indonesian :). Not to forget the view was perfect.

Room is clean and spacious. Bed and bedding is so comfort and soft. Staffs are very friendly and quick response. The location is near the center of pandanaran and near restaurant and and 5 junctions of semarang. So its place is reaaly good for traveller to explore semarang

Bathroom always wet because the fap betwwen dry and wet bathroom is not proper

A good hotel offering a nice breakfast. Although we were told that breakfast started at 7:00 am , a document in the room indicated 6:30 am while in reality we could eat as of 6:00 am. No all staff had proper English language skills.

The only window in the room gave a view of a pretty ugly metal roof.

The breakfast is good in taste and variety but unfortunately we have to pay extra charge for 7 years old kid. The room is clean even though we didn't get finest view from the window. The swimming pool on the rooftop is great and well-maintained. Of course, the hotel has the very best location near the souvenir shops, restaurants, public places, and the city landmarks.

The extra charge for breakfast, the window without the lace curtains, no convenience stores beside or inside the hotel building.

the location, the room and price

during my stay, when i entered the room, the floor was still slightly wet and sligthly slippery like greasy or soapy. And when the floor in dry condition but my feet was slightly wet, the floor like greasy/soapy.

i like the room very much, my room 731, i did not expect will get this big, comfort and nice room i ever been in this property during my childhood, it brings my memory back while staying in this hotel

the volume of Tv can not be changed, higher or lower.

I like the location, its so strategic, my mom like to buy the bandeng juwana just across the hotel, the bed sheet is clean very comfortable bed . Especially I am travelling with kids and eldery.

The breakfast menu is not that interesting as I stay in aston cirebon and aston pasteur bandung.

I like the location, it is near to public interest and to the culinary market/stall. Unfortunately I went there when the pandemic still on their move. Maybe next time, will be better.

Parking Lot seems not big enough. Seems the management should try to find another space to located the parking car.

I stayed only one night, and checked out early in the morning there was no time for breakfast. The location is very strategic, the rate is reasonable.

There's nothing I don't like.
