The staff are what makes this hotel! They are amazing, super helpful and kind. They could not do enough for us! The breakfast was simple but good. They changed our room for us to one with a private bathroom without any trouble after we hadn't realised the twin rooms didn't come with a private bathroom. The air con and wifi were good and we loved the cats!

The hotel as a whole is very run down. The sunbeds need updating urgently, the pool was nice but not very clean and it could all do with a freshen up. I would say the photos do not quite match the reality of this hotel. This hotel is good value for money though!

It is in a great location. There is a large and modern indomart about 50 metres away. There is a sports bar/bakery directly opposite the hotel which is great but they close at 8pm so not noisy. There was always a bluebird taxi parked near the end of the street. A ride into the main section of Sengiggi cost about 6000 Rupiah. Also there were a couple of beach bars in close vicinity with reasonable pricing. The pool was clean and nice to cool off in .The beds were comfortable and the aircon worked well. The included breakfast was very good and had many options. Was very good value for money.

The bathroom was a little bit smelly at times but wasn't a huge problem as that's fairly usual in this part of the world

The most comfortable bed I slept in in all of Lombok, much needed after the Mt Rinjani Hike!! The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The room was a great size with good AC. Everything you need for a one-night stay.

Pretty minor, but the pool had residue from what seemed like a neighbouring building site, so we decided not to swim, which was a little disappointing, and had to opt for a cold shower instead. Everything else was great!

The staff were lovely and very helpful. We had a issue with our shower and they resolved it quickly. Breakfast was really nice. The room is basic but the bed is very large and comfortable. It is a 2 minute walk from a nice beach and restraunts. There is a really big pool! And they have really cute cats:)

The bathroom unfortunately was quite rundown and could do with some refreshing and more cleaning.

It has a beautiful clean pool beneath a steep terraced wall. Views of the surrounding hills. The road outside is quite quiet.. Very friendly helpful manager & other staff. Relaxed. Spatious comfotable room. Very resonable prices. The restaurant opposite has a very varied menu & delicious dishes. The attached western grocery stop is.well stocked with quality foods. The hotel is located 200 meters from a pristine beach with more tasty restaurants overlooking the sea.

great hotel, this is our second time going we enjoyed it so much the first time. the staff our so friendly and helpful and can’t do enough for you, arranged drivers and can hire a moped through them. great location right next to the beach and lots of restaurants near by. breakfast was very good. a few options and always came with a nice platter of fruit. rooms and outside spaces are cleaned well. big comfy bed and towels provided. lovely big pool. would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location in a nice area, far enough off the main road that it’s quiet but not too far that you’re away from everything. Great breakfast. Nice big pool with loungers. Clean and modern rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful, sorted us a scooter to hire very quickly. Just such a lovely place and needs more people going back to stay there so it can get back to full operations.

It's in a great location just across the road from the beach and around a 10 min walk to water activities and nice restaurants. Great value for money. The staff are great

The place is a little run down but we found this to be across the board most places we stayed at after covid.

We stayed 4 nights there. Stuff is super friendly and helpfull. There is a pool, a huge sitting & dinning area that you can use whenever you want. We love the location because you can reach shops, bars and warung by foot. Also, there is a gym 5 min walk from there. Very comfortable.

A very great pool... the depth up to 2,8m. i love the sunlight coming to the pool..nice i stayed in the room 102, one queen size bed, nice aircon and it has electric keetle and hair dryer in the room. the breakfast was great 👍
