excellent location near tourists area and not far the city centre kota mataram. very convenient.

honestly my family and I would rather stay at some other hotels. from the outside the hotel looks really nice, but when it comes to the rooms, its not on par with other hotels. We stayed in Lombok for almost a month as such we keep on moving from one hotel to another. The design of this hotel rooms are just not as good as the design of the exterior of this hotel. it's like they emphasize more on the exterior of this hotel rather than the rooms. I think the room design should be more important than the exterior design because guest usually spend more time in the rooms rather than outside.Basically you can pay cheaper price elsewhere and get hotel rooms with a minibar and hotel safes box even when paying for superior rooms.

Super easy to get by and this is very close to the beach. Huge property and very close to other food options such as KFC and Pasta Pojok. • Rooms are squeaky clean and there are around the clock staff who will tend to your needs. • We had breakfast in the buffet area, yet order from a set menu option where there were 3 Set Menus to choose from. Since this is the Ramadan time where most of the people do fast during the day, they have not opened the buffet during weekdays. Breakfast was good and they had both Continental and Indonesian food to choose from these set menu options. • Also, the place has their own restaurant across the hotel which directly faces the Sunset, which is another breathtaking view that you can enjoy. • There is another very good restaurant named “Pasta Pojok”, which has great food which can be eaten throughout the day. • We got a deluxe room which in the 3rd floor and was spacious. The room had a Dental Kit, toiletries, towels and Bed Room Slippers. • Tea/coffee making facilities are provided along with 2 water bottles. There was also a desk and a chair, similar to an office space. • Value for money was satisfying. • WIFI is available in the room and the lobby area for free.

Staff were amazing, would do anything for you with hand written note from cleaning staff to towel art left on the bed. Location is a short walk to everything you need. Food in hotel was great with a wide selection to choose from, staff would call with a reminder to not miss breakfast. Not a resort but a well organised, professional hotel. A great stay.

A beautiful and clean hotel. The food was amazing. We had chicken satay and it was the best satay we have ever had. The staff were very attentive and we felt so relaxed here. A fantastic hotel and we would definitely recommend it to anyone. An added bonus, we could simply walk across the road and you're on the beach watching the sunset. Amazing.

Lift did not work when we are checking in in the middle of the night and very tired after long drive. Need to walk until 6th floor. Luckily the front office Staff help with luggage.

The room is a good size and has all the things you'd need. The breakfast is good and the staff were friendly.

The location is off a busy highway so it's advisable to arrive with your own transport to facilitate getting around. Like Senggigi itself, it could do with a bit of a refurb.

Breakfast is with a good variety of food. The restaurant is airy and large. The steward and stewardess are all charming and helpful. The management people are always with the guest which is very exceptional n most hotels we had stayed in before.

The swimming pool is too near to the restaurant. A bit privacy issue.

The breakfast was the first thing we liked, it was very good and full of variety. Second good thing about the hotel was hot & cold shower available and cold AC room, because after a long day outside, you just needed that.

- only got 1 room key, additional key will be charged 50.000 for guarantee - no change for cash payment, the reception had to run around looking for change, took 20-25 mins - those in front office should be staffs supervised, we only saw trainees, didn’t handle check in very well

Great location for us, very polite, professional and helpful staff. The pool area was perfect for cooling down at the end of the day. Our room was quiet and very neat.

Best hotel I have been in Indonesia with 4 stars. The stuff is great and very friendly. Food in hotel is delicious! Very good for this money/value. For sure I will chose it again! 💚
