Regantris Surabaya

The hotel is located quite central. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The shower was very hot and powerful which I really liked. The beds were comfortable and clean. Good price for value.

There was a little bit of mold in the bathrooms and the plugs as well as the switches were a bit dirty. But overall the place was ok.

Beautiful design, especially the lobby and friendly staff. When we waited for our driver to go to Bromo in the middle of the night in the lobby, the staff brought us some water to have with our food. Good location with lots of good coffee shops around. The bathroom was clean, we got fresh towels daily.

We had some stains on our bed linen and on the wall there was a hand-big redish stain. The room was okay, a little used up but the bed was comfortable.

2nd time staying there. Super accommodative, very nice staff. Do not penny pinch on amenities even though it is a budget hotel. Good location with some very good restaurants and cafes nearby. Less then 100k by Grab to get to the airport.

Their lift seems to breakdown frequently. But not a big issue

The location is strategic. Many cafes and entertainment facilities found around the hotel. Maybe only need walk about 5-10 minutes. The room is nice

The signal tv is not good enough, only one elevator that been operated, need take some times to go down, the parking area is small, but you will get help from vallet there, dont worry

The breakfast was really nice and presumptuous. The staff was attentive to details. We also enjoyed room service.

Visiting Surabaya during pandemic is not an option, too many activities to be missed. We can’t hunting culinary, visiting any attraction and many more. Regantris Hotel offers dinner and breakfast in the room rate, that was a very wise choose, when we have to stay at home and avoid all activities that ‘ll create a new cluster. My choice with Hotel Regantris was correct, strategic location, very clean, comfortable, friendly staff and delicious food. The room size quite spacious, also the facilities very complete. Overall, everything is excellent
