The staff at the reception and restaurant were nice and very helpful. The food at the restaurante very good and the bed is very comfy and big.

We did pick this hotel just to sleep since we were going to climb Mount Bromo and Surabaya was the departed city we chose to go from. Unfortunately Bromo was on fire and we stayed at the hotel instead. I mentioned this because it is not at all a hotel for tourism/tourists, it is more for people who come to the city for business and need a place where to stay. The hotel in its whole is a boring hotel, nothing to offer you besides a very basic gym (which it worked for me), and sort of indoor pool and that’s it. Common areas well decorated with comfy chair but that’s it.

Showers were great, had constant hot water which seems to be a rarity in the region. Didn't use their amenities but they had a good array. There's staff on standby 24/7 so great if you have got a midnight flight, no need to worry about checking in/out. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious and had a dedicated study table for work meetings. You could access net options on TV such as Netflix and Disney+, but you'll have to log in.

There was no shuttle to neighboring malls but note that cabbing there was cheap as not too far away.

The bed was really comfy. Modern bathroom. Breakfast was great. TV in room with Netflix was great for relaxing. Staff at the restaurant were really helpful for accommodating gluten free.

The phone in the room did not work to contact reception. I had to ask for the sheets to be changed as they were stained. I think this is because the hotel has a policy of only changing sheets if requested (for sustainability) as no apologies were given. I thought the room would have a bath as this was advertised but this is for suite rooms only. Walls were thin so could hear noise from outside of the room. The towels didn't smell fresh. Gym facilities are basic and spa only offers massages, no other facilities. Laundry was really expensive.

The staff were amazing. They were extremely professional and spoke enough English to help me with whatever I needed. The breakfast selection and quality is very good. Everything is modern and extremely clean. I'm shocked the price was so low compared to the quality of service!

I went for a walk nearby and I found the roads fairly dangerous to navigate. I'm quite confident walking places by myself in foreign countries,, but that area just felt chaotic - this is not the hotel's fault, but perhaps requires a taxi to get around safely.

The checking was fast and smooth. The luggage was brought up promptly to my room. The room had pretty much all amenities needed. The staff was helpful and courteous. We opted for a hotel drop to the international airport, the car was nice and clean and the driver spoke English.

The roof shower was not working, but not a big issue because the hand shower did work just fine. Also, the room had a touchscreen Android phone for calling the front desk, room service, etc. which did give a slight trouble when trying to call the room service. Nothing major, but just something that happened.

Very nice hotel, very clean and a very interesting concept with the room service (you have a smartphone on which you can get all the necessary information, order food or order additional toiletries and water). There is also a smart TV with Netflix etc.

The gym could have a few more pieces of equipment. Except for a weight bench, a stepper and a treadmill, unfortunately, nothing is available. But it was clean, there was a TV or music and towels and water were provided.

The overall design of the hotel is excellent - flawlessly modern and lovely. The beds were super comfortable and so was the bathroom. The staff were quick and helpful dealing with the bathroom window issue (below). The food offers from the restaurant *looked* really good, but as there is no alcohol on site and I'm on holiday, I didn't hang around to try.

No bar or alcohol in an international hotel felt weird and forced us out (though this isn't entirely a bad thing either). The bathroom blind had large gaps was uncomfortable as my travel partner was only a friend, but the staff came and added some extra tape on the window for privacy. This might not have been a problem if you are alone or with a partner.

the lobby, hallways, and elevators smell really nice. everything was spacious and looked fancy. the employees were kind.

we were checked into a room that already had a guest staying in it. we found out by entering our room and seeing that another person’s suitcase and shoes were inside. upon returning to the checkin desk, we were told there’s a problem with their system. luckily we were reassigned to a new room fairly quickly and even received complementary fruit as an apology gift.

room is modern with good TV intrnational Program. the view is excellent on upper floors (15th). Reception staff and concierge are very helpful and friendly. We checked out 5.30 am but couldn't remember which is the reception floor. Was too much in a hurry, on Mezzanine floor or upper floor? Just gave the room card to the security guy when boarding the taxi.

Shopping malls, fine restaurants outside not within walking distance. Need 10 mins taxi ride.

Staff are so friendly, breakfast is delicious (lots of variant and there was my favourite noodle too), room is clean, and city view is awesome. They have security doors with access card between lift and rooms, so you have security guaranteed. Vallet parking is so helpful and fast.

The 17th floor pool is so nice, it can used until 9 pm, but sitting areas are limited. Receptionist is up on the lobby floor, so you will use lift twice (to lobby and room), just prepare if you have lots bagage.
