We are party of 3, my mom 83, my auntie 77 and myself 56 yo, stayed for 1 night in 2 rooms with connecting door. We stayed in the same hotel several years ago so we knew what we expected. We like the location, closed to where we wanted to be. I was delightful that we have connecting door so we can hang out when we were not sleeping. Internet is also strong. Water dispenser in the hallway is a plus - go green very much appreciated. Check in and out were also smooth and fast.

Rooms were very basic, it is really for short stay not for vacation. Wish facial tissue are provided in the room and bathroom. Towels smell really bad - please change your laundry!! Wish the restaurant in the hotel provided ala carte menu for breakfast. We didnt buy breakfast and we thought we could get some bread and such but nothing is available other than breakfast buffet. We were grateful to get coffee and tea though.

housekeeping knocked on my door while I was sleeping and he opened the door asking if I want my room to be cleaned at 9am!!!! they don’t have the don’t disturb door tag in the room, you have ask for it

We got a spacious room with a double bed. Complete room facilities, including a working hair dryer and a drinking water dispenser (hot, cold, normal) on each floor. Clean bathroom and closet. Spacious and quiet room. Very good free WiFi and TV reception. It has a popular restaurant (the Facefood) offering delivery to the room (order by WhatsApp) from 08:00 a.m. to late evening. Very good elevators. Good hot water for shower and water sink. Friendly receptionist.

Parking lot is crowded and needs to be improved (no notification signs and parking staff). Waste from previous guest in the trash can is not cleared.

We have check in lately but the worker have been really cool with us. The locality is in the center of many thing to do. The room is quiet. AC working.

When you take a shower there is water on the bath floor.

Easy check in, helpful staff, near shopping Plaza, rail station and steak restaurants.. Clean and comfortable. Great value for money.

Price is worth it with the service, location and clean. Very recommended

Parking space too limited. I personally don't like to use valet and handover my car key to stranger. Buy hey.. this is a Red Planet, the green hotel.. who needs car anyway.. keep the good work
