Everything! Chef, Pak Kiki provides exceptional, various, good quality, and tastefully food. I saw him, personally checking the presentation the food on buffet area during our breakfast. We stayed there from June 22-26 in room 205. I All staff provide excellent services. I remember one dining staff mbak Ayak, we saw her at dinner shift and the next morning we saw her again, and she still still showing a great attitude, smile on her face & work delligently. I know that's not easy. The room is also clean, bed comfortably & hotel location us very strategic Overall we are very satisfied with Sunan Hotel. Definitely highly recommended & will come back again anytime I visit Solo. Please keep up the excellent work!

five star quality, great facilities and a great price. The hotel was built in the 90s, lots of teak and nice marble work. Still in decent condition. Best hotel we stayed in from our road trip from Bangkok to Bali, only stayed here because our car broke down near Solo, so we were forced to find a hotel for the family. It turned out to be the nicest hotel. Definitely will plan my Jakarta/Bali road trips to stop in Solo and avoid Semarang from now on.

Within walking distance of McDonald's and shopping mall. There is a grocery store in the lower level of the shopping mall if you want some snacks for your room. There is also a laundry facility within walking distance.

This hotel provide bolsters! And this is one of few hotel with warm water pool so you can swim until late comfortably. Not to mention the pool is spacious compared to other hotel.

The room can be furnished or renovated better most of the furniture and wall paint are damaged and not pristine anymore. This hotel would be better if they provide playground for kids

The breakfast was good, the room was nice, and the hotel was also near the train station.

I stayed at executive room in a new building and for me its not to good because all the facilities is in the old building so I need to walk quite far.

Room and building are nice. Parking lot is quite big. The highlight is the staff support. Initially we reserved extra bed and it was already delivered to our room. Later on we changed our mind to have additional room and asked to cancel the extra bed in exchange. They are fine with that and we got the extra bed refund.

Extra bed cost is quite expensive. It costs 350k while the room itself costs 460k. That’s why we decided to switch from extra bed to room.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. Breakfast is great, has swimming pool, location is great and staffs are awesome.

The classic vibe is not merely "vibe", because the hotel is a genuine classic, and one that hopefully not to be "modernized". Just keep the service excellent and one couldn't ask for more.
