Room was perfect with a balcony overlooking the pool.great sized bathroom and curtains to seperate the room from bathroom and toilet.

Worst breakfast we have had in Bali. I highly recommend going outside to any coffee shop/cafe for breakfast. We tried a couple of options whilst here and all the breakfast was appalling. We even mentioned we were vegetarian and still ended up getting breakfast delivered with meat on our plates. Breakfast take a very long time to arrive. Make sure you order at least 30 mins before you expect to eat. I had to make multiple calls to reception to get breakfast delivered to the room despite giving them a time. We got breakfast delivered so late one day that our excursion driver had to wait for us and we still didn't finish our breakfast.

All Staff were exceptionally helpful, courteous and so friendly. They couldn’t do enough to make sure your experience was a great one. The pool and garden were very well maintained, and were beautifully designed and so relaxing. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. A good range of food choices were available for breakfast which could be served in the restaurant, in your room or even in the pool!

There was some noise from inconsiderate guests and early morning animal calls! It would have been good to have a sheet on the bed rather than a heavy quilt. Some of the towels were a little more worn than you would expect from a hotel of this standard - but these are all minor details!

1- location of the hotel is just perfect. It is less than 10 minutes walk from the monkey forest, a minute walk from great restaurants, night clubs, shops m, massage centers, bars and ATMs 2- the hotel layout and design sends the vibe of living in a jungle which was exactly what I was looking for during my Bali visit, my ground floor room had a direct access to the pool by passing through some plants and trees which made it more enjoyable for me. 3- I really enjoyed the food quality of the hotel, breakfast portion was enough and delicious. 4- the room was VERY VERY CLEAN, it was well kept, modern and beautifully arranged, even the outside balcony was clean, also the pool I’ve seen the staff cleaning it every single morning of my stay 5- finally the main reason for me giving this hotel a 10/10 rating is the staff, the Adiwana monkey forest staff are by far the best staff of an hotel I ever stayed in, upon arriving almost midnight the hotel manager who was on his day off, came and welcomed us by himself and thanked us for choosing his hotel. The rest of the staff did everything we asked for with a big smile, they were fast and genuinely kind people, I planned my girlfriend’s birthday with a floating breakfast and a cake and gifts and they arranged everything so beautifully on the floating basket, they helped me arrange the pool with the balloons, the gifts on the basket, they prepared the Bday cake by themselves and when I approached them to ask for help they said they noticed her Bday date upon check-in and they were about to surprise her also, sadly I don’t remember the names of everyone but a big thank you to the whole team from reception to restaurant to the smily servers. I can safely say that this Hotel made our holiday way better that we ever planned or expected and it will be the only hotel I book in Bali from now on because of its beautiful layout and amazing staff.

A beautiful hotel, Ratna the hotel manager new us by name and welcomed us home each time we returned from our day. The entire team went out of their way to make sure we were happy, knew what was happening in and around the hotel and would always go out of their way to make sure we were happy and enjoying our stay in Ubud! We arranged for the hotel to send a car to the airport to collect us, which made our transfer super easy. We spoke with Ratna and the team to organise for the hotel driver Adi to take us on a tour of Ubud and he was amazing! He showed us so many beautiful places but also taught us lots about Bali. He also took us on an early Sunday morning hike to the rice paddies and again showed us the beauty Bali has to offer. The entire team were amazing and although I can’t name them all, I can say they all added to making our stay a special one! The team make this an amazing hotel!

There was nothing not to like!

The hotel is well situated in to the centre of Ubud and is beautifully presented. the rooms and pool area were stunning. The hotel staff made this trip extra special with their attentiveness to all of our needs. They went above and beyond for all of the family. My partner was sick and they went out of their way to find medical care and provide fresh coconuts and porridge to help his recovery. They were so friendly and made the stay one to remember.

The location of the hotel is really good. There are a lot of restaurants around, you‘re just in the center of ubud but still it‘s very quiet in the room. The room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicous. Compared to the other hotels and prices in Ubud Adiwana was a good choice.

The breakfast is good but too less- you can choose between different options but only get one (portions are not too large). You always have to know the evening before what you would like to eat, which we didnt understand. At last, the linen of the bed and towels were a bit dirty. As said - Ubud in General is quiet expensive compared to the rest of indonesia. So, our expections were higher regarding the price we paid but in the end other hotels were much more expensive for less. So Adiwana was still a good choice.

We especially loved the friendly people in Adiwana Monkey Forest. They will welcome you return and wish you a good day when you go out for the day. Room was spacious enough for the 3 of us. Bed was comfortable. Location is fabulous with many stalls and activities. We highly recommend staying here!

Limited breakfast choices and limited seats for breakfast. But the breakfast we had ordered were delicious and filling.

Due to a glitch in the system the hotel was overbooked. They informed us the night before, obviously disappointing. But Ratna and Putu solved it in the best matter! We have been re-located to the sister hotel around the corner for a night and have stayed in the monkey forest location for the rest of our stay. We’ve had a free upgrade for both locations, a fantastic lunch and massage. Problem well solved, compliments to the team. Hotel is well located, maintained and super clean. It has a city hotel vibe, but with a quiet vibe. Overal highly recommendable and good experience.

The service level is top notch , staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a small issue with our rooms but staffs were quick to resolve them, they even relocated us to another room and on top of that offered USA couple 60 mins massage for the inconvenience. While we were enjoying the massage, the friendly staffs took great care of our kid. The resort manager even personally met me to explain the situation and reassured me of their high standard of service. When we relocated rooms the staffs were helpful and carried 2 of my heavy luggage up the steps (: The hotel is located at a prime area yet not at a location where the traffic is bad. We were able to get everywhere , get food and drinks at delicious spots easily . The breakfast was good and cost efficient. The hotel is clean and the air is refreshing. They remember your names and greet you with their warm smile whenever you leave or return. You know no doubt they will you out on any queries or difficulties.
