Location is great, right in the center of Monkey Forest Road which is basically the main busiest road in town. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The room overall as well as the bathroom were both very spacious and comfortable which was good because it rained a LOT, and we were sick for some days, so we spent a ton of time in the room. The complimentary umbrellas for us to use to walk around town when it was raining was a huge bonus too. Laundry prices were very reasonable. Wifi worked well. Pool area was very nice. The room's large balcony was super nice too.

Unfortunately the restaurant here is not very good. Extremely average at best. Breakfast is included for everyone but it was so incredibly underwhelming that we went across the street to the Watercress restaurant for breakfast most mornings. Also I feel like the cost of this place is a bit too much for what you get, but Ubud is overpriced in general.

Offering luxury without the pompous style, this hotel makes you feel at home the minute you arrive and has a personal touch as well as authenticity. Members of staff all knew us by name and wanted to make sure our stay would be a great one! The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms in a very convenient location in the centre of Ubud, within walking distance from the Palace, shops and restaurants. It also has a lift which facilitated access to the bedrooms with my bad knee. There are a few steps down to the swimming pool but there are well designed and anti slip. Beautiful vegetation and exotic plants and trees abound in well maintained gardens inside and outside. We also enjoyed the traditional dance show with the dinner, prepared with a lot of effort and conviviality! We had a lovely time there and would definitely recommend it.

The location of this hotel is ideal --walkable rating of 75+ and it is located near some of the best shopping and restaurants in Ubud -- however it is set back from the street a little bit and provides a quiet oasis when the main road is busy. Also the staff...bent over backwards to find ways to fix even the tiniest things...I appreciate the attention to detail and their listening ear!

I wish it detailed on the website if you would have a lower level room with a wall in the back garden or not --- and also finding the water in the room was challenging putting it near the sink or bedside would have made more sense. And also -- bedside chargers outlets on both side of the bed would have been helpful. All in all, small issues!

The rooms are very luxurious. I loved the reading chair! The bedding and pillows are very good. The area is very safe and easy to walk around the shops after dinner. The pool area is lovely, and the 6.30 am Yoga area is very special and well worth getting up to do the 1-hour class. The hotel has a very nice afternoon tea included down by the pool which is a nice touch.

The water in the bathroom takes a while to warm up if you want very hot water. The water pressure is good and the water stays warm once it is heated up. There is a lovely bathtub to relax in after a big day of walking around Ubud.

Great Location. Big rooms/bathrooms. Huge bed. Hotel is clean, staff are wonderful. Local Balinese musicians performing each night was a lovely treat - although we only caught them once.

We only had breakfast a couple times on our stay and whilst it wasn’t bad, it didn’t hit the spot. I expected a little better for the price. Take advantage of the plethora of food choices on your doorstep.

Excellent location right by monkey forest with tons of excellent restaurants right outside the hotel. The staff is amazing especially Ibu Ari and Ibu Yunika - they went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The infinity pool there has some great views and the breakfast was decent as well. The rooms and bathrooms are pretty big - almost twice the size of our rooms in Paris. All in all this place is fantastic.

Staff were very friendly and supportive. Services were high class, which I liked the most. Room was very large and comfortable, although I was at the lower ground, the garden at my balcony provided a relaxing atmosphere.

Location is at center, walking distance from all restaurants, cafes and some attractions yet Ubud village is usually very busy so it takes long time to reach the hotel by taxi. Breakfast is partial buffet with few varieties yet very delicious and the service was great.

The staff was extremely kind and friendly . It was so pleasant that they speak English very well. We could check in early very quickly . The room is not so modern but spacious. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm, relaxing. while you are taking the breakfast (7.00 am-10:00 am) you listen to relaxing music .

There is not mini bar just an empty small fridge nor safety deposit box. If the neighbor is a little bit noisy then you hear everything . we booked a room with HALF BOARD included and it was an unpleasant surprise that actually it means an afternoon tea between 4:00-5:00 pm. At the breakfast we asked the staff several times to bring us extra bread for extra money and although we were waiting patiently approximately 40 minutes in all we didn’t received the bread at all so we couldn’t eat our breakfast and we went out in ubud to have breakfast. It was such an unpleasant experience . It s a little bit expensive hotel for what you receive.

Stayed for 3 nights , cannot fault in any way , the staff and service could not be faulted. Beautifully presented and clean room , it was my 50th Birthday during our stay , the hotel and staff made it a special memorable day thank you so much . The food was excellent , lovely pool with great view into the forest and the sound of the river belie so rekaxing . Great location in the centre of Ubud with somd really nice bars nearby .We hope to come back there are not that many places we say that about .One more thing - great value for money.
