Initially we booked for 2 nights, but in the end stayed for 3 weeks. Personnel was always helpful. We received a price discount for a long stay. We stayed in two types of rooms with balcony and pool view in their largest building. Rooms are big and spacey. Ours were clean, fresh, and most importantly without damp air and mold, which is rare for Ubud area. Indonesian breakfast was really tasty and had variety of choice on different days. Very limited vegan options, though. Great views to the pool, surrounding rice fields. Big territory with gardens, lounges, pool area, large swimming infinity pool

We stayed during renovation works, which lasted from 8 am to 6 pm. They were updating corridors, staircases, exteriors - since common facilities were worn out. But compared to all benefits of the hotel, renovations brought little discomfort. One of our rooms had hot water only in shower and not in sink. Wifi coverage was unstable and had blind spots in our room, got away with using Telkomsel 4G, or moving to restaurant area.

Very friendly staff. they have vegan friendly food too. Neat and clean room. they have excellent spa services too. Breakfast usually starts at 7. But just because qe had to leave early they made the breakfast ready for us before the regular time. Awesome service.

The only thing is it is a bit far from the city. However, it gives you peaceful environment.

I highly recommend this hotel if you happen to be in Ubud, Bali. The staff is exceptionally friendly. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that guests feel welcomed and taken care of. The staff are absolutely incredible at this resort. They will go out of thier way to make you feel at home and comfortable. The rooms are comfortable and have decent amenities.

Honestly, just nit picking here but, the showers took an incredibly long time to heat up, I am talking like 15 mins to get to warm, 20 to hot. The room had some moldy spots on the roof, and the restaurant lacked a few choices from the menu making the selection quite small.

The hotel was quiet and tranquil, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The swimming Pool was nicely located with a beautiful view. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The location was not close to the Ubud center and had no dining option nearby. The hotel restaurant is open till 10 o'clock and priced reasonably. The hotel provides a shuttle service three times only during the daytime, but it takes about half an hour to get there. Breakfast doesn't have many options but enough to feed you with tasty Balinese foods and a few English options.

Pool area and its view is great, next to rice terrace. Our room had plenty of space for luggages, balcony with a bit of view. I recommend geting a massage there. They had 40% discount and we got a discount for 2 of us. Really enjoyed balinese massage there. The best out of the 3 places I tried in Bali. Staff are very friendly and helpful there. Magnificent view from the pool. It is close to tourist attractions like swing, rice terraces, waterfalls and coffee plantations.

The bed sheets had some stains, even though they changed it, it wasn't spotless clean. Breakfast doesn't have much variety, and was served a bit cold. It is not close to supermarket or shops, you need to be prepared beforehand and buy what you need from city center which is 20 mins drive.

We are more than satisfied from our stay at Royal Ganesha. Personnel was top-notch helpful in every step. Pool is cleaned every morning and has an amazing view. We stayed at the middle floor with a pool and terrace view and the sunrise was a sight to see! The restaurant also offers great quality. Especially both local breakfast and local sweet plates are years ahead than the ones I had in night markets. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for making our honeymoon stay an awesome experience.

Only thing you need to consider is that you need some kind of transport (a scooter of course) if you want to enjoy the city, too. Walking is a bit long to the center but It’s really close with a scooter (7-8 mins) and the staff helps you to rent and bring one to the hotel for a really good price.

Front desk staff are fantastic. The floating breakfast set up fee is 150k but it was given to us for free - very nice of them. They exceeded my expectations as they really make sure guests will enjoy and satisfy their stay, and we really did. Room is nice and clean with gorgeous rice field view. Breakfast was yummy. It's the best in Ubud!

The resort is well equipped with a large property area and a nice bamboo themed restaurant. The staff were extremely courteous and polite. The rooms overlook a rice terrace which make the views amazing. We would have loved to spend an extra day but since our flight was preponed we had to leave early morning. The staff was thoughtful to pack some sandwiches for us

The room was big and clean. The pool is beautiful with rice terrace view. Staff are friendly, scooter available for rent, the location is a little far from center Ubud and that's exactly what I was looking for.

The bamboo structure was under construction. I booked this place because of that and it wasn't available.
