The location is very convenient just away from the hustle and bustle of ubud centre but a short walk away from shops and restaurants.

Although the host did their best to keep the property clean, alot of the bathroom finishes are very dated and appear dirty. Same applies to the bed linen, though u could tell it's washed but the off-white colour was very off-putting

Everything was superb - my host Ketut and the staff took great care of me, the room was beautiful - close to downtown Ubud but quiet and in gorgeous surrounds. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful, and the room was amazing.

I had to sit in the bathtub to shower, or risk flooding the entire bathroom cause there's no shower curtain. It's a very minor thing though. Truth be told, after an entire day of walking around in the heat, sitting in the tub to shower was quite welcome!

The location was close to the main strip but nestled away nicely so that traffic noise could barely be heard. The apartment was clean and tidy, very roomy and had the classic “Balinese” vibe. The pool was well kept and cleaned daily. The manager Ketut and his staff were fantastic!!! They made us feel really at home, organised drivers and offered tourists suggestions. The Daily "Free" Breakfast was sensational!!!

Bathroom shower could do with an update.

Exceptional decor and ambience with private pool. The decor was traditional Balinese and very well decorated. It had a 4 poster bed and outside private verandah and private pool. We rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa and it was amazing

Breakfast could be improved with wider choose of breakfast items with bread butter, cheese, fruits, croissant or sweets added to make it more wholesum

we love the chamber, the plants inside are curated, the pool really clean. they cleaned everyday and left some blessing inside with flowers. All the people always in good position to help in any way they can. They have a great driver in disposition for fair amounts. Close to everything but the streets are dark at night outside the hotel.

the shower was all broken, worked but the plate-form where you stand is all broken and water doesn’t go easy.

The breakfast was exceptional every day with lots of options, the staff were phenomenal in meeting requests and went the extra mile for us! We felt sad leaving as the staff were so welcoming and friendly, and when we were going on tours and leaving the villa early they even packed us breakfast in beautiful banana leaf to-go boxes!

Absolutely nothing! I would 100% visit Ashanti again!

The villa was actually better than in the photos 😁 And everyone is very polite and helpful, especially Ketut! The whole villa was very clean, except for the bathroom, which was good for Bali standards, but not that clean overall 🙂. The complimentary breakfast was also very tasty and the French press coffee was very, very good.

Didn't like is an overstatement. If I had to come up with something, I'd say the bathroom could be a bit cleaner.

A humble villa with great location. Close to main road and shops are at walking distance. Staffs are very helpful & easy check-in/out. The surrounding was so peaceful. Rooms provided with mini fridge & tv (Netflix available).

Room ac was not cool enough during arrival but everything was fixed after we told the reception

Great location, and the hosts were amazing. They organised a very professional driver to collect us from the airport which was a great help. The hosts went above and beyond just to make things 100%. They made us feel very welcome.

Just one fault was the shower facilities was a bath/shower rather than a proper shower unit.

Good location. Walkable to downtown Ubud. Nice private garden with lovely small pool. Spacious room. Staff very friendly.

Bathroom was in very bad condition. Shower floor broken and lots of mould around shower and toilet. Also a leak from upstairs into wardrobe room. The complementary breakfast was very limited in choices compared to other places we had stayed.
