The hotel has excellent customer service: at the reception, in the restaurant, cleaning team. Wonderful breakfast buffet! Nice spa treatments. Comfortable room! A wide bed, excellent climate control, a lot of different utensils, there are even several types of tea. Two bottles of water (as soon as you drink them, new ones are added). In the closet there is an iron and ironing board, a lot of hangers, a large umbrella, slippers. There is a safebox and refrigerator. There are many different light sources in the room. The bathroom has bathrobes, a hair dryer, a variety of personal hygiene items, including toothpaste and a brush. The room is cleaned daily.

There are few cons, they do not poison life, but against the general background of many pluses, they surprise a little. As already mentioned in the reviews here: - not very good soundproofing, a lot of sounds can be heard behind the walls - towels with a gray tint (do not bleach) - there is black mold in the corners of the shower and a slight musty smell when you turn on the shower itself. - Towels and bed linen should be replaced, because from many washes they are frayed around the edges. - there are stains on the furniture and on the ironing board cover too.

Overall great! The room was good. Comfortable bed and modern look. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional.

The pool area is quite small. There was a ceremony across the road with loud music for a few nights and one of the staff told me it was a wedding but I found out there is a crematorium across from the hotel which kind of bothered me a little.

Needed transport to most places we visited due to the terrible state of the footpaths near Sens. Breakfast and room were excellent.

Some nights (between 12 and 3.00am) there was constant talking or yelling within the Sens complex, this should have been attended to quickly by Sens staff.

It was exactly what the pictures visually described and more; we had an exceptional stay here. The room was very modern and incredibly clean (the staff cleaned the rooms daily), no insects, we were given really nice welcome drinks and cake, the bed was the comfiest we've slept in during our time in Bali, they had little extras like bathrobes and toiletries which was a lovely touch and lots of plug sockets. The key cards are also a great feature, the coffee in the restaurant was delicious and the staff were extremely helpful. It's a lovely place to get away from the hustle of Ubud and relax. All in all, it's really good money for the service and accommodation you get (it feels luxurious), oh, and definitely check out the spa! The best one we've been to yet.

The bathroom has a glass wall, so I wouldn't go here if you were like two friends travelling for example, it's probably more suited to couples for that reason alone but as a couple we didn't mind at all :)

Friendly and always smiling and so respectful. * Hotel and room are so clean!!! Like so clean 👌🏾 * restaurants in the hotel is really nice and the food is quite good. The breakfast buffet is amazing!!! * spa is on point! Need to get a massage it's the best. Honestly, it's a 11/10 in my book You can't go wrong with this hotel. You won't have any regrets. If you are traveling to this is the place.

I like everything

Room was clean and comfortable, toiletries were provided and we would get a new bottle of water each day. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful - they lent us a measuring device to weigh our luggage, prepared a breakfast box for us to bring along to Mt Batur. The breakfast also had a good selection of food - a mix of rice/noodles/porridge with dishes, bread with pastries, fruits, pancakes/waffles/egg puffs, balinese desserts etc. The hotel was also in a good location, just a short walk down to the main road and with lots of food options nearby.

Bathroom is see through with a curtain that goes around to block - the curtain suffices but when one person is using the toilet the other will need to avoid the door area so as not to see into the toilet.

Located well within walking distance to central Ubud and we liked the general layout of the hotel. Very clean, comfortable with luxury touches, every small detail thought of. Breakfast was varied and all tastes well catered for and table attendants welcoming and attentive. All staff offered such kindness, upon arrival a welcoming refreshment which made us feel very special, also very relaxed.

Slow running bath water and leaking bath plug which allowed bath water to continuously empty. Room wise zero to complain about. Hotel guests should be more considerate when walking down passage ways using louder than normal voices in the early hours of the morning. Small note to front desk to please have full medical kit available in case of emergencies. Staff were extremely attentive to my husband after a fall up front staircase which resulted in cut to arm and graze to face. Full honours go to staff but they had very little medical emergency basic supplies to work with - this needs to be addressed immediately. Also to avoid this occurring again please light the start of the first step.

The staff at the restaurant was very nice. The location was convenient and the road had many good restaurants and great coffee. The roads are busy and crowded though. You could walk easily to the Art Market which was fun. The room was comfortable. They welcome you with tea and cake and the lobby is nice.

I think there could be a few improvements. I think breakfast was a little pricey so we ate at different restaurants nearby. The bathroom is all glass (with curtain) but still lacks some privacy. It was raining when we were there and the floors outside our room were soaking with puddles.

everything was very good

International outlets were convenient, great reliable wifi sufficient for work videoconferencing, got a free room upgrade as well. Free bottled drinking water (except at dinner, where they charge for drinks). Clean linens not musty at all, no bugs. Staff was excellent, spa lovely, location not too far a walk (10-15min) from Ubud art market and temple. Breakfast and dinner had lots of delicious selection.

Pool cold and not many loungers. Because of hotel design, late night folks throwing up loudly in the atrium could be heard through our balcony. Noise from the street audible as well. Upcharge for bottled still water at dinner when it’s totally free to have bottled water from the room, felt a bit like a ripoff.
