It was paradise! The property is gorgeous and the amenities is beyond amazing. You’d feel like your transported into another universe. The view from the pool and the executive room was legit gorg! 💚

Weren’t sure if it was the AC, but the room was smelly. The diffuser helped but did not fully removed the awful smell. There was almost nothing to do in the neighborhood. Still rated them high because it was still paradise on Earth! 💚

Nice location with very beautiful nature around, large comfortable room, very clean, beautiful bathroom. Very friendly and attentive staff. Good breakfasts.

The hotel is undergoing renovations on the swimming pool and on other territories. This makes it difficult to sleep in the morning and it is uncomfortable to relax by the pool during the mrning, because the repair work does not stop till 11:30.

I really liked the atmosphere: the location is amazing. Really close to Ubud centre (just 10 mins by car to Ubud Palace) and the staff is extremely kind. The structure is brand new and the design is very coherent with the environment. We had a suite with balcony and view on the jungle: really amazing! A plus is the swimming pool that is really beautiful.

Two things to be improved: breakfast choice is not so wide, I liked the fact that you have both buffet and a la carte choice, but not many options. Other issue: in the bathroom it was full of ants: clearly you are in the middle of the jungle and it is reasonable, but in other hotels they found ways to avoid this annoying detail.

I had a long walk through the neighborhood till the city of Ubud, even though it was far away I have enjoyed the walk. Breakfast was very copious/satisfying and delicious especially the afternoon tea which was included (the chef will happily concoct something to your liking: ask for the berries cheesecake). the staff was exceptionally friendly and so nice especially Delphine the night I've arrived. Everyone was so amazing and made my experience enjoyable.

the fact that I couldn't switch the lights of the room's balcony and the fan noise. Was also sad to know that the spa wasn't open yet.

The staff was genuinely sooo nice and helpful. The view was spectacular, i love the fact it was far but at the same time not too far from Ubud center

The hotel is still under construction. They start early in the morning and continues around 5 pm. If you plan to spend your days in the hotel, it is not possible at all because of the too much noise.

I liked the view it was so peaceful. The staff were great and always smiling and welcoming especially in the reception Pionia. The pool was so relaxing and clean. I loved the one hour afternoon coffee.

The breakfast menu is limited. The bed was creaking too much. Smell of sewer near the pool. The scent in the elevator was too much and wasn’t good.

Quiet area in the jungle which was lovely, no traffic in the street or many outsiders coming into the resort. The pool area was stunning and coffee was amazing. Cannot wait for our next stay, would recommend to future guests

Wasn’t aware how far out of Ubud centre the resort was however, this wasn’t an issue for us. Just something to be aware of.

Horison Ume is just absolutely beautiful and tranquil, right from when you drive up the driveway. The staff were very friendly.

Horison is still very new so a few things were lacking ie menu and drink choices not available when asked, but the staff absolutely went above and beyond to make me happy.

The breakfast buffet was great! So many options. It exceeded expectations. The pool was stunning and the food down there also yummy

The staff is amazing, just thumbs up!the view is wonderful , superb swimming pool, spacious rooms (the pics don't really let you feel the size)

It's a pity, but there are some problems with sewage/ventilation of the room, otherwise just perfect
