Very serene. They have their own rice field within the compound. There is a swimming pool too. The rooms are perfect for couples. They're very cozy and with its value I believe it's a good deal. The view from the room is nice. They have an open air bathroom with shower and bathtub. It's a bit further out of the city center but Grab rides are also accessible there if you need to go somewhere. Hanaya is the perfect retreat for those looking for a quiet holiday.

It's a little worrying that the gate isn't locked which understand is for the convenience of all the guests staying there and Ubud is generally safe. But we just couldn't help get worried at night. Wish there was a passkey or lock code of some sort for those who are staying and working there.

The host is very responsive and helpful. The location is excellent for us who do not like the crowd and loud noises. It is located in a very quiet area of Ubud. The room is nice and super clean, the wooden house seems like in a super condition. I was surprised that there was Netflix on their TV, it was an awesome additional facility. We like the little rice paddies inside the compound, the we could have a walk on the rice paddies around the hotel. It was a very nice scenery.

However, the lighting in the room is a bit dark during the day, if no lights were on. But it was not a big deal. Also, somehow the hot water did not work when we switch to the tap - in the bath tub (when it's shower it works).

- The shared villa has the nice garden, everything was green and there was a small rice field - The clean pool that has the jungle view - Good breakfast - The staff was nice - The villa looks like on pictures - The villa was very close to Ubud by car/motorbike, but not walking distance

- The towels were clean but pretty old - The toilet ring was clean but old and should be replaced

Beautiful property, they kept it very at one with nature, perfect for those who want to escape the stress of south bali and the crowds and the traffic. From your room/terrace you can enjoy views of the pool and the rice paddy. You can enjoy a walk around the neighbourhood safely, the streets are quiet, and the locals are nice and friendly. There are many cafes nearby. It's nice and relaxing.

It was a little dusty - inside the cupboards and the mosquito net above the bed. I am allergic to dust and dust mites so I found it a bit itchy. But if you're not as sensitive as me then it should not be a problem. Other than that, everything was great.

Really enjoyed my one day stay! I felt myself very cozy like at grandmas house and couldn’t stop being happy drinking tea on the terrace with a beautiful green area view. Bed linen and towels were fresh, toothbrush and soap provided, water, coffee, tea, smart TV, good aircon, hot water in the shower, breakfast was also great - you can choose from a menu what you want.

Was a bit confused when I arrived for checkin, there was nobody to meet me, but on the door there is a number that you can contact in WA and in 2 min host will come. But might be tricky for tourists without Internet connection. I would offer to leave WiFi password visible for everyone.

Love how peaceful Hanaya Ubud Villa was. Every villa was booked but we still felt like the only people there! The staff was great, location is a bit farther back from most attractions but not too bad, and the room was always clean when we got back from our outings. Also, loved having a bathroom outside! The shower was amazing.

There are a lot of ants, but honestly it didn’t bother us that much. We expected nature when in nature.

A really beautiful setting with a lush rice paddy in front of the room. The pool was nice, bed comfortable and aircon good. Out of the main area of Ubud in a quieter more scenic area. Semi outdoor bathroom. Breakfast was reasonable value. Modest smart tv and internet was fast. Surprisingly very few mosquitoes.

We had a few issues with ants and bugs in the bathroom, I'm not sure the outdoor bathroom really works when you get so many ants on the toilet you have to hose it down before you use it. There is no reception and the property stocks nothing to sell, so you need to go elsewhere for anything. For a small place this is understandable.

It would be better if the towels are changed daily while cleaning room. As it is a village inside the nature heart, you might see some small lizards on the wall that wouldnt be issue at all for us. I love all the things to be honest.

Amazing location, amazing people and host. Quite and peaceful to enjoy the vibe. Super chill environment. Near to Ubud market and other attractions if you rent a bike that is highly recommended to anyone staying here. Don't go through Ubud market at night or any time of the day as it's super congested with traffic, find alternative routes on maps

If you rent the bike from villa that will cost you more than what market is offering. But you can inquire about it before renting.

Everything in the bedroom was good and bed was comfortable and has moskito net the open bathroom was good and we liked the shower

When we arrived tired at the hotel not a sould was there and we thought the hotel is a scam or is closed and the hotel was not answering messages yet so we drove away. After half an hour of waiting the staff told us to drive back and there they welcomed us. the welcome drink is just iced black tea and lots of sugar and the bathroom had a million ants on the floor and everywhere
