Amazing view from the villa, the room was nice, staff was nice and helpful, and the breakfast was very pleasant.

Being surrounded by nature comes with certain visitors :) All was nice and fine, with the exception of a Gecko that was either in our room or on the roof that always came alive at night. The Gecko caused a lot of loud noises that disrupted our sleep several nights during our stay. Unfortunately with such incidents nothing much can be done, and the view from the villa makes up for it. It would have also been nice if the pool can be warmed up as the water was chilly for most of the day even though our visit was in August.

Everything. This place is magical. The service and hospitality is absolutely next level. I was blown away by the attention to detail. The communal pool and dining are has the more celestial, incredible views of the valley and mountains where you can hear the water from the river and waterfall cascading down. Food and drinks are freshly prepared and from a set menu with quite a few options. The distance from Ubud center is 15 mins by a taxi.

There really wasn’t anything i could find a fault on. for my trip stay and duration it was absolutely perfect.

the sound of cutting machin down in the valley for 2 days and the sound of a running pump at the river side which started every day around noon and would go on for hours was very although when the cutting machin sound started i complained and of course its not something the staff can control but it was bad luck that happened during my stay they gave me feee ride to Ubud to skip the day and were nice enough to agree to let me have kate chekout for this matter

Very nice personnel and view on the jungle. Daily breakfast was very good. They cleaned our room twice a day and when we called them for whatever reason, they would come and help without hesitation.

There are some bugs, but this is the perks of jungle side and you can ask the personnel to come chase them away. Location is bit far from ubud center so you need a ride to the center. There is a free shuttel during the day, but you need a driver for the evenings

The staff is amazing. Attentive to details. For some people, they may be even a bit on the too ask-y side of things but I think it's a cultural thing. It's a beautiful place hands down. Generally speaking, I didn't like Bali (specially after coming from Krabi, Thailand). If it wasn't for Puri Wulandari, my Bali experience would've been much worse, so thumbs ups to the hotel and its staff.

It's a bit far, even from center Ubud. The price for the laundry service is simply ridiculous (they charge per piece. There's a laundry service at 100m from the entrance of the hotel that charges per kilo and price is negotiable. Pro tip: You got a really good price if you make them laugh ;) Spoiler alert: It's not hard at all)

Amazing property with great private infinity pool overlooking the jungle. If you choose to stay here, ask for villas on the same level as the restaurant (mid level) villas 8, 9, 10, as they have an unobstructed view of the jungle. The spa is a great experience! And a walk around the hotel, in the jungle and down to the river is a nice little activity.

The hotel restaurant and the food for room service are the same and the selection is very limited. Prices for food and drinks are higher than anywhere else we’ve tried in Ubud, and the quality was decent but overpriced.

amazingly hospitality! everyone was super friendly and welcoming and always available when we needed something. the view and private pool in the villa were beautiful. they provided free shuttles to Ubud center which was convenient.

rooms were slightly dated and the toilet sometimes had a smell. there are bugs and mosquitoes outside but that’s part of living in the jungle. the frogs outside can be loud at night

the facilities and location were outstanding . I feel like the staff deserve a medal , they were there every time to attend our needs , we were treated like kings completely, nothing was too much trouble for them , we had the best holidays of our lives and that’s great part because of the staff we felt in peace and away of the stress of the day to day reality , is a true sanctuary of peace ! seemed like being in another dimension with the tranquility. Recommend it everyday of the week , fantastic !

The jungle view is stunning, the food was really good and the staff incredibly nice and available. It’s an experience to be inside the jungle without being 100% in the jungle

Even though you are in the jungle, the rooms could be insulated better. We had a couple of frogs in the villa and some small bugs. The hotel compensates by cleaning twice a day and removing the frogs swiftly after calling the butler but I think mentally is so much better to sleep with the calm of mind that bugs can’t get in your room.
