This hotel is absolutely amazing , it is out of this world. The setting is jaw dropping and the staff really made our trip one to remember. From the moment we checked in with Tani we felt so welcome and at ease. We were brought to the restaurant to enjoy a welcome drink looking over the magnificent valley. She informed us about 7am daily yoga, shuttle bus to the town, and the welcome freebies including a 15 min photoshoot and 10 mins welcome massage. Like hello??? This is the first hotel I’ve been to where you are invited to the spa as a welcome haha. Love it. We had a 2hr massage and mud bath with scrub and it was incredible. I think this was the best massage I had over my past 6 weeks in Asia. I also attended the yoga classes and the instructor was 10/10 superb. The infinity pool is amazing. The sunset here was stunning. The restaurant staff are so attentive and kind. Odi was one of the staff that couldn’t have been more gentle , kind and helpful. All of them were. The bedroom was huge with a two person bath tub. We were in the basic bedroom style, if I was to go back I would stay in one of the huts with a private pool. I found the value for money here to be really good. It would be 10 times to price in our home country. Thank you so so much to the staff, you are all deserve a big round of applause.

There was a musty smell in our bedroom. Maybe this is because it was ground floor with not too much daylight. We didn’t ask to change rooms because it wasn’t too big a deal for us. I would say that the first floor bedrooms are more airy.

The breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. We stayed in around 6 different accommodations and Pramana offered the best breakfast. The staff were amazing! The room was big and comfortable. I love the bath soap. The yoga class was really nice as well.

The location is too far from the center as we were not driving a motorcycle. But it was not a big problem. They offer 3x a day free transfer, but the last one is at 6pm. My suggestion is to offer a free transfer on night because there is nothing to do in the hotel during the night and to go to ubud center we had to pay a transfer every day.

We had a very relaxed evening much sought after a stressful couple of weeks. We loved dipping in our private villa pool and having sunset drinks at the bar terrace overlooking the valley. Excellent service from all the staff.

I booked a "wooden villa" but the one we stayed in, although wood on top, looked more like the regular villas shown on their booking page, and not as picturesque as the wooden villas shown here, which I was really hoping for. I considered asking if we could be moved to one of those after seeing them, if they were available, but we had already settled in, and I didn't feel like making a fuss, but it annoyed me. Also not the best eggs benedict I have ever had for breakfast.

The staff were all exceptional. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The grounds were filled with fabulous plants. The buildings were not only creatively designed, but sympathetic to the setting and the Balinese culture. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable.

The room we had was musty smelling, and I got a bad sinus infection as a reaction to these mold spores. The staff did everything they could to help, including upgrading us for 2 days, and putting a humidifier in the room when we had to move back because the hotel was fully booked. They were so caring, but the fact is that they should never have rented out a sub-standard room.

Rooms were really lovely and the views from the main hotel were amazing, staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough to help. Food was really well priced and tasted amazing, couldn’t really fault anything!

The bathroom was gorgeous but it was very open, so there could have been something to close it off a bit more as insects etc could get in very easily and the blinds didn’t do much (you do expect some insects anyway)

Beautiful facility and room and pool very jungle feeling. Staff was awesome.

our place was in the “Artisan Village “. Unfortunately, it is in the local village and not next to the main hotel. Awesome villas, but Chickens and Dogs all around. so the dogs barked most of the night and the Roosters did their Coca-dotal-do all night, even though it was dark and the middle of the night. so don’t expect to sleep well in that section. during the day, no problem but at night, broken sleep.

Everything is perfect in this hotel. Staff is amazing, very kind. They will go above and beyond to make you feel special. We have booked the honeymoon package and it was an amazing experience The candlelight dinner at Jetty was so special ❤️ The 2 hour couple massage was the best treatment we ever had 🥰 The yoga classes in the morning were so relaxing and although you have to wake up early to attend them it’s well worth it as you feel energetic for the day The honeymoon package includes return transfers to the airport but we were going from Sanur and they pick us up from Sanur harbour. They also have a shuttle to ubud centre and bikes if you need The location is perfect This hotel has the best sunset ever, even when its raining This hotel is an enrichment of the Balinese culture. Honestly, I have no words to express how wonderful this hotel is. I would come back a million times to this 6 star hotel ❤️ I will probably be repetitive but STAFF is amazing, everyone staying at this hotel will never forget how special they will feel- love and kindness every minute

We have come here for our honeymoon. They have met us with gorgeous honeymoon cake. Food, amazing view, environment, ambiance, attitude of the staffs everything was perfect and more than expected. We also tried traditional Balinese massage service. We suggest everyone to try this experience by staying at Pramana Watu Kurung. Best service and quality ever!

Spa was extremely expensive. Shuttle hours should have been more flexible.

I was with my husband at three other hotels here in Ubud, but this one pleasantly surprised us and was the best of them all. From the moment we arrived, the staff service, the restaurant view, the decor, and the room cleanliness were all excellent. They provided us with the complete Bali experience, and the food was delicious. It was our honeymoon, and they offered us a plan with a romantic dinner at sunset overlooking the mountains, breakfast by the pool, a flower bath, and an incredible Balinese-style massage - the best massage of my life. Without hesitation, I recommend this hotel, and I will return when I come back to Bali.
