The villas are run by Sumaba and his lovely family. We loved our stay of 7 nights and were sorry we didn't make it a longer trip. The villa was private, clean and very comfortable. The swimming pool was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. We could open our villa sliding door and dive straight in. There is a lovely gazebo next to the pool where we enjoyed our breakfast which was delivered fresh every morning. If we needed something, it was provided quickly. For us, the villas are in the best location, far enough away from the craziness of central Ubud and in an area where we could enjoy some peace and quiet. The villas are situated 2 km north of Ubud central and approx 100 metres up a lane way and away from the main road. It is walking distance to the heart of Ubud and Uber transport is readily available if needed. There is minimal traffic noise and we woke each morning to the sounds of bird song. So peaceful. There are restaurants just a short walk away in each direction or Uber eats is available for delivery to the villa.

5+ stars to Ubud Paradise Villa. - So attentive staff, they take care of your every need (food, laundry, scooters etc.) - Wifi is good to work remotely - Everything is clean and in good condition - Location is great. 10 minutes with a scooter from the loud and busy center. We stayed in Villa no.3, access to the Villa was easy and convenient while also being safe and secure. Very nice big pool, it was sunny in the garden. The villa had AC and a nice large bed with extra space to lounge and keep your things. Breakfast is delicious with good variety so you don’t get tired. I would always recommend this villa to anyone. Big thank you to the amazing team ❤️

We stayed 3 nights in a beautiful and very spacious villa with a private pool. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable, we had the best sleep. The area is one of our favourite in Ubud. It is close enough to town yet still away from the crowds of the centre of Ubud. Sumaba the owner and his staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed in our short stay. They even organised a couples massage and a romantic candlelit dinner by the pool for us on our last night. Balinese hospitality at its best. We would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely exceptional property. I cannot recommend this place enough. It's huge and very tastefully furnished. The swimming pool is actually big enough to get some swimming done and is not just a plunge pool. The daily breakfast is brilliant and they even provided us with breakfast boxes on one of the days when we had an early start. The location is super peaceful and is about 15 minutes away from Central ubud. Do not think twice if you are considering this property. I did a lot of research before zeroing in on this and was so glad about it.

This establishment really is Paradise! The villa was beautifully decorated daily with fresh flowers and always spotless! The hosts Sumaba and team were extremely helpful and accommodating, irrespective of the time! The staff were incredibly helpful in arranging everything from a cab to tour to daily requests, and alwyas with a smile on their faces! The facilities at the villa were amazing, especially the private pool with a beautiful view! Location was perfect to nearby attractions, restaurants and so much more! Sumaba and team went the extra mile in ensuring we had a wonderful stay and even did a surprise birthday set up for my husband, with a beautiful cake and balloons! I cannot express my gratitude to the gracious hosts and urge everybody visiting Ubud to stay at Paradise Villa, its a memorable experience! The location, Staff, breakfeast and hospitaltilty is definitely a winner! It provides the ultimate balinese experience with a little piece of heaven on earth! Thank you Sumaba and team for a wonderful stay and for all the spoils and surprises! We will miss you!

Absolutely nothing.

This was our best experience out of many accommodations in Bali. From the perspective of cleanliness, breakfasts or ability to help you with anything was astonishing. We could choose out of many variations of breakfasts and they were HUGE. Room was always clean and smelled nice. We could also make laundry for very little cost. Everyone was smiling and greeting us every single day. In the end personnel and the owner helped us when our bike broke down even if they could just leave us on the parking lot waiting for our help. If we would come back to Bali, this would be our #1 place to get back to. Thank you and keep doing great job!

This was honestly the best hotel/villa I have ever stayed in!!! Massive modern clean room with clean pools and all the necessary amenities. The attention to detail was incredible, flowers on the bed and bathtub plus a drink on arrival, optional breakfast was delicious and the included dinner was served with candles and more drinks! The staff were absolutely lovely, definitely the best I have ever met at a hotel and professional, respecting our privacy while making sure we had everything we needed. The owner is an amazing cook so make sure to order some dinner and especially the pork ribs! If you are looking for somewhere to stay in ubud don’t look too much come here you will not be disappointed!

The villa is amazing! we were a bit skeptical when we arrived because the street seems a bit dodgy but nothing to worry about! once you are in is everything you imagine and more. the personnel is super nice and welcoming. Our room was incredibly spacious, the pool is so beautiful and the bathroom had an opened roof shower with a stone bathtub!! The breakfast was excellent, they give you like 5 different options to choose everyday, that include fresh fruits, juice and yummy pastries. They also have the floating breakfast! The owner of the villa is a very accommodating, we had a very early tour to Nusa Penida and he made a takeaway box with our breakfast on that morning. He also recommended an excellent tour guide and personally drove us a couple of times to ubud centre, which is like 10 mins away from the villa by car. Our room was cleaned everyday and we got fresh linen on the third day. The villa had a kitchenette with all the necessary equipment and free mineral water was left in it everyday. We travelled with our baby and they helped us with a very nice cot. We even got a farewell gift! This is the place to stay, i would stay there again without a doubt.

Only thing i missed was a bigger closet as it didn’t have enough space to unpack my bag.

The location was great as it was quiet but still within walking distance to shops , massage, restaurants , gyms. (We enjoyed Cloud 9 restaurant which is a 3 min walk and I had massages at Ayu Mesari Massage which is a 2 min walk)(There are also gyms right there , though we did not visit them this time) We stayed in Villa 2. The villa was beautifully presented with fresh flowers everywhere and cleaned daily. The staff were all friendly and helpful and did a wonderful job assisting us. The private pool was a decent size , the bed was comfortable and the villa was spacious and very clean. The villas weren't quite in Ubud , though not far and we appreciated the quiet. Sumaba the host is happy to drop you into Ubud . Sumaba also dropped us off to do the Campuchan ridge walk which is worth doing (Go early before it gets too hot) Sumaba dropped us off at the top of the ridge walk. We walked down and then back to the villa from there in plenty of time for breakfast. Breakfast was delicious you have many options and can choose your delivery time to suit your plans or a sleep in. It is also walking distance to Bintang Supermarket and many restaurants (we also walked back from the markets one day so it really is not that far out of the way). We loved our time here in villa 2 and highly recommend these villas.

Everything was fantastic . the only thing we didn't like was leaving.

We loved it. This was our first stay in Bali after a long flight. We booked the honeymoon package (3 nights) The food was delicious (breakfast and dinner) which was served on our private patio. In preparation for our romantic dinner, candles were placed everywhere outside. Our friendly hosts did their utmost to make us as comfortable as possible . They even made a breakfast box when we had to leave early in the morning on our way to the port. The place was nice and very clean. We definitely would book it again when we visit Ubud. It is a 40 minute walk to the centre. We advise to rent a motorcycle (which they can foresee).

The only small point, if we really have to mention anything, is that in the room, behind the wardrobe, there is an open space, so you can hear the neighbours. (During our stay, we only heard them once - when they had their breakfast)
