This was the best hotel I've ever stayed in! All members of the staff was very attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to provide everything we might need and were genuinely interested in striking up a casual conversation with us. The garden was beautifully kept, the view and the infinity pool was amazing and our cabin was spacious, comfortable and well decorated. The breakfast was huge and delicious. We also had dinner a few times in the hotel restaurant and everything we got was very nice. Our room rate included afternoon tea which was well thought out and different every day. It was a great experience to have it every day by the pool or on our balcony. The location is a bit secluded (thus very quiet) but the hotel provided free shuttles to Ubud town.

Wow where to begin. Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in - thank you so much for your kind hospitality and outstanding service. The hotel was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special as we celebrated our honeymoon. The attention to detail was exceptional, they even remembered our dietary requirements ahead of every meal without reminder. The team went above and beyond to make my birthday and our honeymoon feel special, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. They offered multiple complimentary gifts and they did a special celebration for my birthday. The spa was exceptional, one of the best massages I have had. The room and facilities were outstanding, especially the outdoor pool area. Food was brilliant - best nasi goreng had in my time in Bali! I also loved the afternoon tea. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Ubud, I would highly recommend!

We had high expectations from this hotel but not only that these expectations were met but exceeded by far. It is indeed an amazing place and our stay there was simply wonderful, something that will be hard to encounter somewhere else. 1. The hotel itself is wonderfully decorated, the restaurant, the outdoor area and the infinity pool with beautiful views towards the jungle, the attention for every little detail is amazing. 2. Our room was in fact a small house, nicely disguised in the green oasis, the interior was simply amazing and the view was breathtaking. 3. The breakfast was great, the food from the restaurant was delicious. They had a Balinese dinner in one evening which we loved, with traditional food and traditional dances, it was a memorable experience for us 4. The location of the hotel is in the jungle, in a quiet village, about 5 km from Ubud centre (they offer free shuttle). For us the location was perfect as we were in search of a quiet place in the jungle. 5. The staff was like no other we have encounter until now, they were extremely friendly and attentive to our needs and managed to even anticipate our needs offering the breakfast to go when we left in a early trip for example, offering to help with everything we needed. 6. The spa was great, I had the best massage ever. Also the free yoga session was special. It is really nice that they organise free activities that the guests can attend. 7. They welcomed us with a bed full of rose petals and a flower bath because we were in our honeymoon and it was really special. Thank you very much!

It was a stunning tropical paradise, with the sweetest & most considerate staff. Nita & Epa especially were so lovely, but really they all were. The room was amazing, comfortable bed, and beautiful views. We really enjoyed using the front verandah for breakfast and lying on the couch reading. The food was lovely, we overindulged on the afternoon teas. The pool was gorgeous & the views incredible. I had the best facial I've ever had at the spa.

They really took amazing care of us, so not much negative to say except maybe the massage prices were quite high for Bali, so we had these elsewhere.

The location is very quiet and authentic and close to a an amazing local village out of the crowded and chaotic centre of Ubud, especially during high season. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. When I arrived they served me immediately a herbal tea since I was feeling not very well and I had a cold and they helped me also to get my sunglasses which I lost in a car. Excellent breakfast that you can both have at the restaurant or in your room and delicious dinner with a very varied menu a la carte. Very nice people and great transfer services to the airport and to the harbour.

The rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious with a stunning view of the mountainside. The pool is perfectly placed to enjoy the view and there is plenty of room to relax and play games or read. The free activities are great and our room rate included a very generous breakfast and an amazing afternoon tea each day. Staff are lovely and super obliging. We really loved the resort.

Ubud is SO BUSY and traffic is appalling, so the trip to town is sometimes an hour which is not great. But on the other hand, the resort is so quiet and peaceful it is probably worth it to get out of town!

The hotel was incredible. The pool and the garden were so integrated into nature it felt fantastic. Our room and bed were huge, the windows were looking at the forest. The bathroom also had a huge tub and a shower. The woodworking on the ceiling when you were lying on the bed was so elegant. The hotel is not so big and therefore not crowded. I recommend staying there on the last days of the holiday since it is a bit far away from the center of Ubud. If you want to have a relaxed holiday, definitely recommend staying there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food and drinks are reasonably priced. The rooms are cleaned both in the morning and in the evening if you wish.

A big thanks to Edi, Ari, Benni, Nia and Sujana! Great staff who really looked after us. One of the most relaxing places we stayed in Bali. It is a little away from the centre but that's a good thing because you feel like you are in nature. they also have a shuttle service free of charge that can take you and bring you back from the centre which was super convenient. You can also rent bikes and cycles (cycles are free of charge). Our room was AMAZING. It felt like a huge cabin (the bathroom was huge) and there was a terrace facing the pool where you can sit and eat breakfast and have tea. The infinity pool was shared but was never busy at all and we mostly had it to ourselves. The room had everything we needed (EVERYTHING!).

Absolutely nothing :) A great stay!

I did a lot of research to find a place with valley and mountain views so I could feel immersed in the rainforest, and this property did not disappoint. The pool setting was stunning, the staff were friendly and very accommodating, the decor was very tasteful, bathrooms luxurious, and the food and cocktails were delicious, including the complimentary afternoon tea. I thoroughly enjoyed a well-priced massage and relaxing tea in the small but beautiful spa area, and my complimentary morning activity, a village walking tour with a local resident, was a highlight of my trip. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Ubud Valley Boutique is the Heaven.Starting with the location which is giving a very relaxing atmosphere, staff are very respectful, pleased and ready to help you with everything, I found that the people in Bali are the most kindness people in the world. The food was very good,tasty, and well done to the chef .Spa can offer you a very relaxing time and a very good balinese massage.Rooms are very big and very balinese specific,cleaned twice per day. For us, everything was more than perfect,we didn't expect,we were very surprised .The balinese party made my soul full,especially the dance of the 3 little girls. Definitely, if we we will come back to Bali, we will come back to your resort.

That everything was very perfect 😁. The tourists should appreciate more the staff job and the people which are providing services for them .There is nothing to mention ,I have only good words.
