Bedroom : Quite spacious and children can play and run inside. Bed is comfy, nice linen and towel is thick (very good). Very clean bedroom. Breakfast : Aston never dissapointed for food. Always comes good taste, warm and many options. Facilities : it comes unexpected, because they change their meeting room into Kids Corner complete with playground, even snack, and other kids foods too!

Nothing. Only before staying, they are asking some deposits to guarantee the bedroom couple days before we stay. Because, maximum we have to be check in on 06.00pm, otherwise it will be cancelled automatically even we are already booked via booking.com and the policy didn't mentioned anything for this strange regulation. This is quite uncomfortable, but the rest is okay.

Various options for breakfast, i was travelling with 3 different age groups companions, small children- adults- elderly persons...the variety of food available was well appreciated Amenities were well equipped and was easily having an extra when asked for it All the staffs were helpful and friendly My children enjoyed the room and for that we may likely comeback to stay again Overall good location easy access for becak, not far from local tourist attractions too

The taste for most of breakfast menu's could be better We ordered sirloin grilled bbq-steak at room service... was a hard chew

Everything was great. Spacious room with comfortable beds and a large, clean bathroom. Breakfast was the best we have had in Indonesia - many options and the head chef even offered to make us anything we requested! Pool area was relaxing and we even had the opportunity to use a gym. Staff were helpful and very friendly.

We were given a non smoking room but on arrival the room smelt like smoke and cigarettes.. The staff were quick to resolve this issue. It's not in central Malioboro but only a short bus ride away.

We did not expect much due to this is our first time staying at the hotel. However, the hotel is located in prime location as it is easy to go anywhere. You can ride becak from the hotel and go to keraton, malioboro and other places only for 10 minutes.

The staff is really friendly and helpful and gives full attention to the details and your needs. The restaurant staff is really very helpful with the food and your specific requirements.

There was a bit problem with the shower in my room which was handled by the engineering and staff available at the hotel right away.
