We were amazed by the Elkonin hotel hospitality. When we arrived to celebrate very special occasion we were surprised by the hotel to receive an upgrade to amazing suite. We were on a high floor and a room was with a lot of big windows, we entered the room in the evening and while the lights were off it looked like you’re in Manhattan. The design of the room is very pleasant and of the top quality. The restaurant is amazing. We felt that we were in one of the best places in the world. Also the view from the roof top is amazing. We’re really grateful for that gem place.

The location is amazing! The hotel is literally a 5 minute walk from restaurants, bars and other beautiful sites. The hotel itself and the room were clean, elegantly designed, and high-techy. We could feel that all of the facilities are new.

The rooftop/pool area is fairly small, and feels tight if there are more than 10 people in it The coffee in the breakfast can be better (and bigger)

Room design was very modern and comfortable, Cleaning services is very good, Breakfast was fantastic!

Swimming pool is very small (not enough seating area, and the few seats that were present weren't available), no cups for driking and no towels were available. Lifeguard wasn't nice and wasn't helpfull (everything we asked, he said he's just the lifeguard..).

Staff is extremely nice, rooms are modern and breakfast is really high quality and tasty. Pool is really fun despite a bit small but also has an amazing view to the sea.

It didn’t damage our stay but we were with a baby and there are couple of stairs in the hotel entrance which are not friendly for strollers / wheelchairs.

Excellent hotel in Neve Tzedek. nice design, clean rooms, excellent croissants for breakfast. nice places to walk. 10 minutes to the beach. very friendly personnel. there were couple of small mishaps with service, but everything was corrected. received small excellent cake as a compliment.

for breakfast prefer sliced cheese, so it can be eaten with bread.

1. Check in took 30 minutes, as card pre authorization didn’t work, I asked to give me the key, while we were waiting, but manager refused 2. Dirty floor and tables outside, staff didn’t clean it until I asked 3. I asked for VIP transfer to the airport but it was economy taxi 4. No water in the rooms

Amazing location, super clean and very well decorated! The star was very nice!

We weren't at the high-season but the pool area is quite small so I assume that in the more summer days It won't have room for all guests

Room was great with a lovely view, location was perfect for access to the beach and to the centre of the city, staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had water coming through the window during the night, the covers of the window from the balcony made lots of noise.
