Perfect location (close to the Carmel market and the beach), right in the middle of a street with restaurants and bars (We didn’t hear any noise in our room). The room was small but very nicely furnished and the bathroom was very spacious, which was a highlight. We also had a daily turnover, which was amazing when coming back from the beach, dinner , a day out… And we were never disturbed while in the room - it was just magically done, whenever we left, which could be at different times of the day - very mindful and guest-centered team! The reception team was always very friendly and helpful. Beautiful rooftop. It’s great good value for money.

The pool. The cleaning services, everything was neat and aesthetic. The room had no espresso machine (it is 2023 and no drinks from a pot. We had to go down to the lobby to ask for coffee which no personnel seemed to want to assist and at the end we had to pay for it? Quite ridiculous that there is no coffee at such hotel that is considered to be the top chain of hotels in Israel.

The staff during the weekend seemed down , lacking of energy and a bit bitter. The Spa was the worst as we arrived no welcoming face by the lady at the reception desk who barely said hello. The therapists were nice and did their utmost, however one of us got stock with one that was not as experienced and did not have therapeutic energies. Nice and polite, however not serene. We came out of the treatment feeling unsatisfied.

The decor of the hotel was fabulous. From the WC downstairs, lobby, to my room and the roof pool. The combinations of stone, tile, wallpaper and paint selections made the hotel so visually interesting. Boutiquey, Boutiquey!! The best way to go. I loved the contrast of the exterior to what was instore for you once inside. My room was very comfortable and decor was pleasing. The shower was awesome, bed very comfy, sheets and towels were soft. I like flat pillows but yours weren't, can't win them all. Staff from front desk to room services were kind and efficient. I got sick while I was there and Avi was spectacularly helpful getting me to the hospital (I was dehydrated and needed IV of fluids). Staff were informative for anything you needed, great cocktails and coffee, loved the lobby. Pool and deck compact but beautiful. Breakfast next door was delicious. Love Israeli breakfasts!!

My only complaint, didn't like the scent the hotel chose to decorate the air with.

Very nice Location in an amazing neighborhood with bars and restaurants. We walked outside and were surrounded by nice places. The hotel is very stylish , so was our room, sufficiently equipped and in general very clean. The staff was also super nice and welcoming!

In the evening it was quite loud as the neighborhood/ street was filled with people standing in the street in the evening / bars / restaurants but honestly for us it wasn’t really a problem. Just close the window and turn on the AC. Just FYI for future visitors. Maybe the bathroom could have been a little bit more cleaner but nothing in particular to say here.

Amazing location, very vibrant neighbourhood, full of cafés, bars and restaurant. The hotel itself is amazing, small rooms but just big enough for 3-4 days stay. Pool is also great but they need to work on adding better bar service, as you could not even order coffee and had to go all the way down to get one. We will definitely go back next year.

Pool was closed without notice, due to weather conditions (the day it was closed weather was more than perfect , nice and sunny, but according to stuff it was closed due to weather forecast the day before. Not a good enough excuse.

Located in Rothschild - perfect location for us as in the middle of the hustle and bustle of bars and restaurants whilst being equi distant to the beach and where the offices were. The road the hotel is on is full of bars and restaurants and yet you wont hear anything from your room. Very clean, friendly, and comfortable. I had a room on the second floor with a balcony. There is a great breakfast available. However, the restaurant is not part of the hotel so for dinner you will need to book a table separately. I recommend you do so at least once as it is very popular and the food and vibe are great. There is also a bar but it is not open for long - great for pre-drinks but not somewhere you could while away the evening in.

This is a new hotel in incredible location. Big room with nice furniture and designs, cosy bed and good pillows, fantastic views. All bars and restaurants in 100 m, all attractive places in walking distance. Special thank you to Avi Isakov, Reception Manager! Avi helped me to arrange a taxi in Shabbat time to another city, he is super client oriented person! Much appreciated his support!

renovation work in the neighborhood starts very early in the morning. this created an unpleasant sound and may interfere with your sleep

The stuff was very friendly and was highly motivated to answer questions and find solutions.

At all we stayed there 6 nights and booked 6 times their breakfast although it is a bit pricey in comparison to other. On the first day it was great, 2nd day good, 3rd day okay, 4th day boring. Every day exactly the same green salat, salat of cucumbers and tomatoes and salmon. They knew we stay there 6 days, why no other Salat sauce, why no other vegetables... we will not book breakfast for so many days in advance anymore, for sure!

This fairly new hotel has a great location amid trendy restaurants and within walking distance of most attractions and the beach. The rooms are big enough, a better storage space for the suitcases would be desirable. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms have air conditioning and a fan. Well soundproofed windows keep out loud noises from outside.

the gym is very small and has 2 treadmills, a spinning bike, a few weights and a multi-function tower. The rootftop pool is not an over-floating pool and there are only chairs but no loungers by the pool.

Location, cleanliness, and service. The front desk staff, David, was so helpful with booking us tours and finding us a medical centre for my partner on a public holiday. He went above and beyond by calling up multiple places to check opening hours and costs. Very happy with our stay.

The room is a bit small.
