Great hotel with clean comfortable rooms and especially fantastic breakfast. The breakfast was simply outstanding!

Not really anything to dislike about this place

Well,im almost 50 yo and its the second time i HAVE to write a review about my stay!This HOTEL won our hearts,mine and all the other 7 members of my group that stayed there even for one night!!Mrs GILI the manager ,along with the whole staff of the hotel were so friendly and supportive to us ,its something we will have to tell the story to everyone we know!To make the long story short.......NEVER ever before in any of previous stays in any hotel in any other country,we didnt meet people to support us with the kindness and the comfort as these people and Mes GIL did! As for the hotel....special location walking distance from the beach and very clean everywhere including the rooms of course!!!!!

The hotel is very close to everything! Shops, beach and promenade, restaurants, bus station, mini-markets. Even a self-service laundry place is a few steps away, which was very pleasant to find and use if you travel with a small luggage and need to refresh your clothing. The breakfast was so good and pretty fancy, with half buffet and half a la carte, but both included in the room rate. Comfortable bed, cleaning and fresh towels daily, water bottles, red wine bottle and a coffee machine in the room were so welcomed, even beach towels offered by the amazing reception staff. It was a very good first trip to Tel Aviv which made me want to come again!

We had a good time even if the room we were offered was very small, you could hear everything from the hallway, no balcony and a very very small window which we couldn’t open because it was key locked. No car parking spaces, only for scooters/motorcycles. No garden but a very small terracce with 3 tables for smoking.

Didn’t like the breakfast selection that much, there should be a bit more continental as they have a lot of foreigners especially British tourist. So maybe a English style breakfast.

everything went as planned, i got upgraded to better room on arrival and staff were amazing, only issue is they booked a taxi for me from the hotel to the airport after i told the receptionist that i do not have cash and can only pay with credit card, she told me if i book with the hotel i will only pay by credit card. On arrival at airport the driver insisted on cash and gave some excuse about his card reader not working, I felt stranded and helpless and had to call my family back hom,e for money in my debit card so i can withdraw and pay. They need to look into there taxi drivers.

We have stayed at the Mendeli before, and chose to come here for a birthday weekend because the food at Mashya is so good. Our stay was very pleasant, and our breakfasts were wonderful (especially as we were brought glasses of champagne -- presumably because of our birthday celebration)! Staff were courteous and helpful, but I must single out Ma'or at the reception desk on Thursday/Friday, and Ela, our delightful waitress at breakfast on Friday morning, both of whom were exceptional. Our room was clean and comfortable.

We had stayed in a "basic" room before, so knew it would be small and rather cramped. I would like to suggest adding hooks for hanging clothes or bags on the wall in the entrance (opposite the bathroom), and maybe a narrow shelf or two, to add accessible "storage" to the room (getting things in and out of the cupboard is awkward, and the space on the table below the window very limited). Moreover, a small shelf unit could be put next to the "chair" under the table. I attach photos below of the areas where hooks or shelves could be placed.

From the minute you walk in you get an amazing vibe. There is pure life at this hotel. Staff was amazing. They helped me arrange anything: taxis, yoga classes, travel arrangements, and more. They never said no! The rooms were clean and modern. Even the cleaning staff greeted me with a warm smile. The gym was perfect. The restaurant, food and staff were top notch. It’s a block away from the beach. Last but not least, the hotel manager, Gili. She was always there for me. From an expression in the morning to making sure my guests were welcomed at the restaurant at night. Thank you Mendeli team- you will definitely see me soon AGAIN!

Great location in tel aviv near the beach. Plenty of restaurants and fast food near the hôtel. The personal was great. Qualitative breakfast (buffet + one main dish). They give towels to go to the beach (don't bring towel in your luggage). Our room was cleaned everyday and they give us Coffee capsules + bottles of water. The room is the good size if the main purpose is to discover and enjoy tel aviv. The bed is really great, we sleeped Well. Their is a gym.

The bed was very comfortable, fim but not too firm and the linen was great quality and the breakfast was wonderful I would book it again just for the breakfast. We received a complementary bottle of wine

Unfortunately our room door was not sealed properly so when other guests opened or closed their doors on the hallway ours would jolt and make a very loud nocking sound and we thought that someone was using our door instead which did wake us once.

Breakfast is really good! Nice staff, location is perfect, close to the beach and other great locations. Took a step over the boulevard and to Old Jaffa. I can highly recommend this hotel. We were there on the 6th of October, the managers of the hotel took great care of me and my girlfriend. Made sure we had water, food and shelter during the attacks. When everything is more quiet i'd like to go back! Love Simon&Simone
