The position of this hotel is the best for the beaches ,bars ,restaurants . We loved the warm reception and easy checking the staff. Small rooms but very modern and tastefully done. New bathroom and very comfy beds. The Breakfast is amazing with so many choices from fresh cheeses , salads , humus , fruits , juices to hot dishes of shakshuka etc. The food and beverage manager Mr Sudani makes sure all your needs are taken care of . We would rate him and his breakfasts as the best. We will definitely return to this wonderful hotel with all its wonderfull staff.

Excellent customer service approach of reception staff especially Danielle who by far went above and beyond to ensure our safety and total enjoyment of the services provided at the hotel and at the beach. The team spirit among the staff was inviting and welcoming. The location of the hotel is unequivocally perfect and the breakfast second to none. A huge thanks to Sudani for making us so comfortable at every point during breakfast time, he is truly a brilliant gentleman. Great lobby, restaurant food was fantastic. Location was also great for the beach, restaurants and not far from tour pick up spots. The room was practical and better than expected actually even with a tiny bathroom!

Very expensive for what it is, mind you we went during Pride Month, so that could have been the reason. Signage and info abour closure/bookings during Shabbat would have been useful also - we had planned our day to eat at the restaurant and it was fully booked/private booking. Possibly also having more than one person on reception - long wait at times.

staff was great, very helpful, changed our room to lower floor as per our request, didnt charge us extra for staying til nightfall (tho it was originally stipulated), garage under hotel, easily accessible, help came immediately when there was a problem re a.c.' great fridg (best we ever had), really cold, very many outlets, much appreciated box of chocolates.

bed lamp is connecte4d electrically to hall light so cant turnoff one without the other, movable shower head didnt work, food just good not more , would have like yoghurts for breakfast, fresh fruit that was ripe and not very hard

The stay in your hotel was really special for us. The atmosphere was good and frishman beach only 0.5 km from the hotel. Always a varied selection of the breakfast menu. Special thanks to your receptionist Tehila, who always gave me advice when I needed anything. I recommend this hotel to everyone and I want to come back here again in the future. Great hotel with modern room and bathroom. Close proximity to the beach. Great breakfast with huge variety of everything. Friendly staff.

Was happy with everything, just a couple of minor hiccups with lifts not working. As a single traveller hotel was a little far from the centre in the heat but certainly not a big problem. a bit on the pricey side.

Great location. Breakfast was great! Had Shabbos dinner at hotel which was excellent and reasonably priced. Staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely would return and recommend to others

Simple room but everything you need is there (own bathroom, comfy bed, TV, coffee machine, water cooker, etc.) Good breakfast, helpful staff and the beach is reachable in under 5min. Overall we had a great stay

They have some problems with their doors :) The bathroom door was hard to close, whereas the door to enter the room was tricky to open. Took us always some attempts, till we managed to get in.

This is an unpretentious hotel with great staff. Our studio was well appointed and had a sea view which we had not expected. The breakfast is terrific with a huge choice. The hotel is near the beach and they will give you beach towels. The lobby is quiet unlike that of many Israeli hotels.

My husband and I went to Prima City for a quick getaway and it did not disappoint. We went for Shabbat and booked dinner and breakfast. The hotel was Shabbat friendly and the food was excellent! The staff was pleasant and helpful, the hotel was clean and right near the beach. No complaints. We will definitely go back!
