I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, and the room was very clean, stylish, and comfortable. Additionally, the place felt safe and quiet. I loved the soundproofing in the rooms; despite the hotel being located on a main street, there was a peaceful atmosphere throughout my stay. The apartment had all the comforts I needed. I was also impressed by the staff, who were very respectful during the check in and out process! Regarding the room, it was equipped with slippers, all necessary personal care items, and a very high-quality hairdryer. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils and several appliances, such as a coffee machine and a toaster. Overall, the hotel was spacious, comfortable, and elegant. I would definitely visit again!

Overall, I have no complaints. However, I requested to change my room's view because it was very disappointing—just a silent mountain that seemed like a wall. It wasn't the season and there was no crowd, so I expected more flexibility, but I was told, "This is your booking!" without any further assistance.

Simply it is the best hotel in the area. Clean, Location, Staffs.

Everything was good, But I encountered a strange situation. I was sitting in the seats in the hotel lobby, waiting for my driver, then the security guard came and asked me not to sit and go up to my room. And I asked him, are the hotel guests not allowed to sit here, is it in hotel policy, or who gave you this instructions ??? But he didn’t answer In fact, due to the Strangeness of the situation, I cannot find appropriate words to describe what happened. This is happened on 17.08.2024 at 3:00 PM. Otherwise everything was good.

I would like to express my gratitude for the professional and excellent service provided by the front desk and management team at this hotel. The hotel itself is wonderful, with nice décor and comfortable rooms. I would like to specifically thank Yara and Mohammed at the front desk, and Amr Almtawa, the assistant manager, for their exceptional service.

The opening of the room from the doorhandle is a bit challenging. I was in not smoking room however it was a connecting room from a different guest and he was smoking, and then I would act that the dining should be 24 hours in the room to make the guest more comfortable.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, we reserved an apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms , seating area and fully equipped kitchen, wide and comfortable. They gave us free breakfast. A nice mall is nearby the hotel 5 minutes walk .

- The breakfast has no variety of food,which did not encourage us to continue after our first day. - Taxi’s are difficult to find nearby the hotel, you have to call for a taxi or uber, or hire a car. -The pillows are high, and not comfortable.

The hotel's cleanliness and interior design were impressive, and the apartment's spacious layout, comprising a living room, bedroom, and kitchen, was highly satisfactory. While the balcony's size was commendable, its narrowness raised some safety concerns. Despite this minor issue, I would consider staying at the hotel again if the pricing were more favorable.

Unfortunately the check-out team was unprofessional at all. I just ask to extend my leave for one hour from 12 to 1 pm, unfortunately from 11 am they start to call me. This is totally not respectful and professional behavior from the reception.

The location was excellent as was the decor ( stunning!) . Nice sized outdoor pool and good gym facilities. Friendly staff , efficient check in . Food in the restaurant was very nice and reasonably priced compared to the hotel room price

Expensive for the type of hotel , but i appreciate that it was Eid holiday . Some further training required for restaurant staff , but they were very friendly and professional. Beauty products : L'Occitane , very nice , but the packaging is rubbish , so very difficult to squeeze products out. Also , please dont be so stingy with refilling the products! No refills on Day 2 . If you going to have a Nespresso machine , please provide more than 2 capsules per day , especially as the pretty Nespresso box had capacity for 4 . 350 euros per night a bit steep i feel .

I was checked in with Hwazen, who was super friendly and really gave me a warm welcome to the facilities in the hotel. Got a gorgeous room with a great terrace (10th floor). Honestly an amazing facility, very comfortable, noticeably great sound insulation for being on the side of a main road. Great parking, smooth entry and exit, exceeded expectation especially for it being a local brand, puts most international franchises to shame!

Strange not to have a breakfast buffet at the hotel, i would love to know why this isn't an option at the hotel? Seems odd. The water pressure could have been better though, it felt like that could be an easy fix.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. We appreciated the convenient location and the well-designed studio room. The kitchen was adequately equipped with basic necessities and utensils for cooking. The quality of the shampoo and shower gel provided by Citadines was excellent. The staff provided great customer service throughout our stay. However, we were disappointed that we couldn't extend our stay due to the swimming pool being under maintenance.

All in all everything.. I visited this stay to give a memorable experience for my parents 38th wedding anniversary..amazingly neat room with kitchen amenities perfect when we travel with a, child.. I took my 5 year old daughter and my parents.. My daughter was happy and playful with the great environment of the room..

Breakfast should have been included in package.. Also more varieties could be put
