The central area with the pool was fantastic. Awesome walk in shower in the room. Friendly staff at front desk. Good breakfast with excellent coffee!

The hallways were dingy. The walls are thin, could clearly hear the people in the neighbouring room.The construction crew next door worked late into the evening and were very noisy early the next morning again.

Had a great stay, room was fine breakfast was cold but included in our room.

The shuttle driver left my luggage at the curb at the hotel. I have tried calling and emailing them to ask about my luggage. No response and it was a week ago last Monday the 21st of November. I would like my luggage back.

The staff was EXCELLENT!!!!! Two gentlemen at tbe front desk at 6/7 in tbe evening with a long line. Efficient, pleasant & helpful with other concerns. Restaurant & Bar staff, EXCELLENT!!!! Always really happy with staff. We have stayed tbete 3 times now & brought a family with us this time!!

The room is renovated but the bathroom is not. I actually killed a roach in the bathroom. The shower door is a horrible design, pushing in instead or out with respect to where the hot/cold knobs are located. We have been designated this same room before!!. I want to get an upgraded room next time; a king bed with better room accoutrements. The room 139 bathroom sucks. Also, not clean!

Nice pool area and free airport shuttle. Security guard patrols grounds. Good cheeseburger in their cafe.

beautiful and lush ecosystem providing not only a wonderful ambience, but also habitat. Also, like the focus on conservation. The room was amazing, with beautiful sheets and comfortable pillows.

The restaurant food is fine, but the service is terrible, we had to go and fill our own water glasses from the outside container, because we never saw a waitress again after her food was delivered. Took an extremely long time to get someone’s attention to get the check. They don’t check back at the tables after they deliver the food, which they should to see if everything is OK. otherwise, the staff at the front desk were wonderful and friendly as were the housekeepers.

They always treat us like family. The staff is incredible and always helpful. The gift shop is awesome. Everything on the menu is delicious. The pool is perfect and clean. The lobby is beautiful and comfortable for hanging out. There is a spa! The bar has a pool table and we enjoyed watching the goldcup there with everyone. We enjoyed the live music and specialty buffet on Sat. Night. Our beds were comfortable. I suggest a terrace, poolside room! It is surprisingly quiet even though the airport and metro system are so near. Riande feels like our home in Panama. We stay each year.

Need new dryers. Would like a little more meat variety at breakfast. (Too much salchica for me.)

Staff at checkin seemed to misunderstand that my sister & I were sharing a dbl room but checking in at different times. She billed my sister for another room, even though I prepaid for our room 2 months ago upon booking. I sent emails and we both explained it upon our checkin. Is 2 people sharing a room but checking in at different times, really that unusual?! The checkin clerk was very rude saying she couldn't void the transaction on my sister's credit card even though the mistake was hers!! Next morning Chantel, the morning clerk, immediately apologized to us and involved the manager - who immediately agreed to solve the issue by voiding the wrongly billed 2nd charge! But that clerk's rudeness was totally unacceptable in the tourism industry!!!!

I enjoyed every minute staying at the hotel at the beginning there was an issue with the safe box and the refrigerator because I use eye drops for my glaucoma and they need to be in the refrigerator the staff when did everything possible so I could be comfortable and not worried about my eye drops they change my bedroom and it was great I thank you very much for your wonderful attention to my issues or interest once again thank you very much. I must be honest but I really don't have anything that I didn't like matter of fact I loved it there and I am planning on going back.

The hotel staff - all of them- were absolutely excellent...from all of the front desk folks we met, to the restaurant waitstaff, to the drivers of the airport vans. The location is less than a 10min drive to the airport. If you are going to go to the casino it's not directly attached to the hotel but not far away. The metro that goes into downtown is a short walk away. If you didn't have luggage to drag, you could actually take the metro to the airport, too. There is no sidewalk from the hotel to the metro stop but with our backpacks, it was easy peasy.

and that would be the only bit I would not give top marks to...we had to wait for close to an hour for a van to show up although we thought it was supposed to be on an every half hour schedule. We tried calling but never got anyone at the hotel. We had just decided to call an Uber when the van showed up (although we almost missed seeing it because we apparently were not standing where it normally stops - but we were told to stand there by airport personnel). I'm pretty sure we didn't miss a previous van because someone else was close by and had been waiting, too. I wish we had a number to call to let them know we were waiting, but I couldn't find such on their website. Still, the shuttle service was well appreciated.

The beautiful, warm and big pool within a tropical garden! We arrived around 9pm and went for a swim after a long flight; it was fantastic! The gardens in and around the hotel are beautifully tropical. It feels like a tropical resort and not an "airport" hotel. There is a very useful little shop in the hotel that was still open, selling the most important basics, including swimming clothes, liquor, souvenirs etc. The shuttle bus back to the airport was good, but it only leaves once an hour on the hour. Early checkout was arranged and they prepared a breakfast pack for us that we could take on the shuttle bus and ate at the airport.

We could not find the shuttle bus at the airport and then a dodgy fellow offered us a ride close to the taxi/ cab parking. We thought he was a taxi/cab driver, but took us to his relatively old car and charged us $10. The written communication from the hotel (through booking.com) was not good in general, and more specifically, also not clear on the airport shuttle service they provide and the regulatory of it. There waa no kettle in the room to make coffee/tea. The restaurant personnel were very friendly, but could not speak English. However, with our very limited Spanish and friendly help from reception, we worked out how to organise and early breakfast.
