I received a great room with a great view. I could not have been happier inside my room. Everyone was very friendly for the most part. The location feels safe.

I was unable to get either TV to function. I was leaving in the morning in a hurry to get to the airport on time. When I checked out they were very distrustful of me and would not let me leave until they sent someone to the room to check it. They asked me what I used from the mini-bar and I told them honest answer. The person found my answer was true. So I waited a long time for their distrust. Like I would really travel all the way to Panama just to steal basic items from a hotel room, get real - I did not like this final part of my experience. You have my credit card on file, so just leave me alone and let me go. I am a hard-working international traveler, not a thief.

The staff are extremely helpful and great that most could speak some English. The guard posted at night was very comforting for a solo traveller. the modern decor is very inviting. The first room I had was in better condition. I wish they knew more about the area. overall it was good.

The doors are very loud when shutting from other rooms and makes it difficult to sleep. not sure in would stay there again due to the noise. The walls in the bathroom were dirty and could use a better cleaning plus the bathroom door was in very bad condition on the bottom. it would be nice for a shuttle service to the airport at less cost especially when staying for multiple days.

Aside from the hotel itself, the very best thing is the location. Everything is just minutes away from the hotel. Minimarkets, restaurants, the metro and most importantly, didn't think we would need it, a mini medical center. The staff was great and the tour operator they work with is very reliable. we definitely will be back.

Rooms are comfortable. Bed and pillows are great. The room has a desk. Wifi works well. I very much liked the lobby. Staff are friendly.

Breakfast has no healthy options Laundry was closed during carnival time and nobody was aware; not even the staff. I left my laundry on Monday and if I do not ask I would have left without my clothes. This was disappointing. I had to struggle to get a solution which I finally got.

Staff was excellent. We wete permitted to enter room 1 hour early. Beds were comfortable, shower was strong and hot. Location was very good with many places nearby. Rooms were very secure and safe.

Coffee in rooms was bad and process was tedious.

The hotel was good, the mattress were extremely hard and pillows were not comfy, lighting was poor in the room and only warm light in the bathroom which isn’t bright enough, breakfast was average, however the city view and location was amazing, it’s close proximity works well for me

Comfortable, peaceful hotel a short drive from the airport - perfect for an overnight layover. it’s clean, has all the basic necessities, and great customer service. Misael who was managing the front desk was really friendly and accommodating! I am a light sleeper and he was able to give me a room that was quiet and private. I got a good night’s rest before a super early flight the next morning.

Very nice, modern hotel. Close to casinos and quite a few restaurants and bars. Nice bed and views for honestly a very cheap price. I only stayed overnight, but the room was very comfortable.

The bathroom had a super weird design. A sliding glass door for the whole bathroom and no shower curtain or glass partition. You literally take a shower next to the sink and toilet. Anyone in your room with you can just look in and see you either on the toilet or taking a shower. Very strange.

Restaurant was not open during hours we were told but we could gat limited menu at the lobby bar. Easy access to cabs or uber. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel was busy and we had to wait about 15-20 minutes for our room to be ready. Normal checkin is at 3PM and we were checking in about 5PM. There is a good 24 hour restaurant 5 blocks away.

Need more than one chair in the room. Did not have face cloths/washcloths. restaurant not available for breakfast.

Service is super slow… only one person at the reception, for phone calls, check in, check out and any transport arrangement. Bath tube not draining water properly.
