Comfort Inn & Suites Piqua-Near Troy-I75

The motel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast area was very clean and everything was stocked and refreshed with a pleasant attendant on duty .

The motel was very quiet itself but is situated near railway tracks. A train whistle woke us in the middle of the night even though I use earplugs. A few pieces of fresh fruit and some hard boiled eggs would have helped to round out the breakfast selection. As it is it's pretty well all carbohydrates and sweetened grains.

This is a clean hotel that even smells clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are plenty of choices for breakfast that were all good. There's also lots of restaurant choices nearby.

It's a bit difficult to locate as the hotel is located on the back side of a mall. The 2nd floor does not have an ice machine.

The staff (one lady in particular) A blonde haired, very nice, professional, hard working lady! She worked her tail off & it didn't go unnoticed. That seems hard to find nowadays. Five stars for her!!! The rest of the staff behind the front desk were very nice & friendly as well. We enjoyed our stay! Loved this place ❤️

Not one thing I can think of ... a faster elevator maybe? 🤔😉

The location was excellent and the fact that it was attached to a shopping mall was a bonus. The indoor pool was perfect for my 8y.o. to splash and exert some energy. It was very budget friendly for the overall experience. We did not try the breakfast, as we went to Troy to try the Lincoln Square Restaurant.

Overall we were satisfied with our stay and there wasn't anything we really didn't like about the establishment.

The location was easy to access. The main corridors and dining areas and pool were all in good condition and very clean. The room was very clean everything worked.

The shower nozzle was stuck on a trickling massage spray and the tub drained slow. No wall plug-ins were accessible to charge my power chair. I did not rent a handicap accessible room. The outlets on the lamps were usable but took longer to charge the battery on my chair.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast could have been a bit better. All the fruit tasted like it wasn't ripe yet which was a shame for my toddler and the eggs were cold. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable for the price although it wasn't terrible.

A damn railroad next door. Not howls fault but a discounted rate should be chiven since the train runs hourly 24-7 and using its norm due to crossroads.

Super Clean and the Shower was HUGE!!! Breakfast was excellent and large variety This Hotel will be our new place when we travel up North

There was nothing we didn't like

The breakfasts were great, nice selection. Our grandkids loved the pool and had a blast. Good restaurants and fast food places are close by. The hotel has an entrance directly into the area mall which provided more options for food, and shopping.

Restrictions on pool use (limit 15 people at one time) due to Covid cost us some pool time, but it wasn't a great inconvinence.

Breakfast was awesome! Lots of towels. Big fluffy pillows and bed. I loved Bart Connors gymnastic rings curtains.

Needs better signage to the hotel.
