Upon later arrival the young lady at the front desk who checked us in (please look her up and praise her) was phenomenal! After a long drive to the hotel having someone with a smile and genuinely kind was wonderful! She was very accommodating and the stay was perfect. Food was good and the room very clean! The lady who checked us in could run the place that’s for certain. Supervisor quality! Great 3 night stay. We will be back. Entire staff was wonderful while we were there!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and if I needed anything the staff got it for me such as towels, coffee, and trash bags.My kids loved going downstairs in the morning for the little snack pack breakfast and making cups of hot cocoa.
They seemed a little short staffed.The staff was friendly, but clearly they could've used an extra hand. The pool was chlorinated but it was still really dirty. The air conditioner in my room was extremely loud.

Van driver who picked us up was delightful. Front desk let us stay in room an extra hour because our (unexpected) flight did not leave for hours. Your toilet paper is MUCH better then the Hampton Inn in Xenia!

Have stayed here quite a few times before. Love the fact that you can leave your car and they will transport you to and from the airport. This is especially nice when talking early morning flights. Great service.

Was nice that they offered warm breakfast instead of just cereal, donuts and bagels like other places we've stayed.
The breakfast was nice but a little lacking. Disappointed there wasn't bacon or sausage gravy for biscuits. Had to wait for breakfast choices to be refilled...pans were small

Pool area was to loud to enjoy. Others staying at the hotel was screaming and not a very good atmosphere for children that can’t be around loud noises.
