The location was great for access to the highway and seemed to be safe as it was well lit. It was a busy Saturday night with strong occupancy and was still quiet by 10PM. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was filling with eggs and sausage in the morning, making for a good start

We did have an issue with the bathroom/shower door. As one of our party was locked in due to the screws on the latch plate protruded enough to not allow the door to open, so there were some tense moments. Unfortunately this was a Saturday night and no facilities personnel were available. We did eventually use a pry bar to open the door.

Motel of a good standard; pool and jacuzzi pool; plenty of parking space; fridge, microwave and coffee-machine in room; breakfast simple but with a few hot dishes options

We would add a safe box to rooms. Strange things with reservation management: we booked non-smoking king room; in the hotel system a smoking king room was assigned for us; but anyway all king rooms were overbooked and we got double queen room instead, which was not really a fit for us

The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. We were only here one night. The area appeared to be safe and was quiet. The breakfast had lots of choices and was very good. We were visiting friends so the location was good for us but it had easy access from main road as well with close proximity to the downtown area.

We had a smoke alarm that was chirping however the management took care of the issue for us.

The location is great, close to all the things that I wanted to do in Logan. We only had the breakfast one morning, but it was really good; hot and tasty. The room was a nice size and had all the things we needed for the three nights that we were there: beds, a full bath, soaps, towels... they even had a table and a desk and a closet with a hair dryer and an iron and ironing board. It was all clean and very nice. The staff were also very friendly and let us know that if we changed our minds about not wanting housekeeping (since we were there for three nights), we could let them know.

Honestly, there wasn't much of anything I didn't like, or at least not anything that ruined the experience at all. There are lights that stay on all night outside the rooms, so it was a little lighter than might have been nice at night, but a sleep mask solves that problem. Other than that, everything was fine. I guess there was a single piece of popcorn that I found under the desk, but it didn't make it feel like the room was dirty, just like they accidentally missed something that was easy to miss (I didn't find it until our last day).

The breakfast was good they had eggs, sausage, biscuits, bagels and fruit. Plus all the other normal stuff. They had a lovely cut fruit bowl with assorted melons, but when I got up to go get some it was gone and never replaced.

I would like to have had a choice of meats such as link sausage or ham or bacon. Sausage patties are not always the best choice.

Location and cleanliness were very good. Breakfast offerings were a good value.

I stayed for a week and had requested a 2nd floor room. Did not get one. Had a very noisy family arrive late one night but that's hard to control when that happens.

I don’t recall the gal who was at the front desk when I arrived but she was very polite and professional. She did joke with me because that who I am but she represented the company very well. I’d stay there on more visits because of her!

I didn’t like there wasn’t a menu for the tv channels to quickly switch too

Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had a variety of things from fresh fruit, waffles, cereal, yogurt, etc.... Staff was courteous and pleasant to deal with.

Breakfast offerings for people with dietary restrictions ( GF, vegan, etc) would have been nice.

Location,staff so friendly especially the girls that run the breakfast

The area you take your dog to do there business is nothing more then rocks dogs don't like rocks it was hurting my little dogs paws a nice grassy area would be better

Room was spacious and nicely updated. I think the high ceilings helped make the space feel larger as well. Height extension on the shower head was very much appreciated by this tall customer. Most stable and fast wi-fi I have ever experienced in a hotel by a mile! I was travelling for leisure, but had to do some remote work from my room. The hotel's wi-fi allowed me to remote into my work desktop and host conference calls without a single issue. I forgot I was at the hotel! Can't beat the location or the value.

Walls were especially thin. The gym was across the hall (didn't share a wall), yet I could still hear people in there talking, moving weights, etc.
