The hotel is in a very good location in between the new town and old town, lots of restaurants and bars nearby, the airport tram stop is 5 minute's walk and you can take the red line to the beach or 40 minutes walk. The hotel let us check out 1 hour later which was a bonus

Wifi was slow for a big chain and disconnected a lot of time resorting to the use of mobile data, can sometimes hear the cleaners and guests talking in the corridor

Great location!! Loved that there were restaurants and shops all around the hotel. You can walk to the old town, docks, market, shopping centre in a couple of minutes. All of the staff were so friendly and always greeted us with a smile! Also a mosque is right downstairs by the hotel and the call to prayer every day is the one thing that I will miss the most.

Was really pleased with the location just a few yards away from the shopping centre and metro. Our room had a balcony (thank you) which was extremely handy. Room was bigger than the other hotels we've stayed at. This was a true triple room and not a double room with a sofa bed. Was so spacious with room to move. Breakfast was excellent. Staff great.

Everything great but the room fittings and fixtures need updating as getting a bit outdated and needing a refurbishment.

My son and I planned a trip to Cappadocia. The tour bus was about 40.mins late. The receptionist was extremely helpful offering us cookies and assisting us in any way he could. He was very pleasant.

Very little atmosphere in the restaurant upstairs when we arrived, but it wasn't a problem there were plenty of pkaces closeby. . .

Good location - central, surround the shops, cafe and restaurant. The swimming pool on the roof (floor 3 after the restaurant) is a decent size and a mix including children and adults - the family pool! Wi-Fi is free, but every time you leave, you automatically sign out and will need to sign in again once you return to the hotel!

Breakfast - wasn't a good choice of food; some were undercooked. The bed is incredibly soft - sink you in! Which it's causing back pain due to being too soft and not firm enough to support the back. I had to add the cushion to reinforce my back!

The location is unique. You have it all within 5 minutes walking distance : the small local harbour, the old city, the bazaar and the shopping streets.

An extra lamp in the sitting room of the suites. There is only one lamp in the ceiling and nothing else.

The hotel is dated but it was a comfortable stay for us with 3 kids. We had 2 interleading rooms and one bathroom. The pool area is lovely. Wished it stayed open later than 8pm seeing that sunset is so late. But it was fine. The area itself is lively & close To taxis , shopping and restaurants. It’s a short work to the old marina / kaleici which is made it perfect. We slept well and enjoyed the breakfasts which catered to all. We did 2 tours via the hotel and they where also fantastic. We visited land of legends about 30 min away and the hotel arranged our transfers. The room was big and comfortable. Enough space for all the kids. Taxis where always parked right opposite the hotel. The staff was helpful when needed. Aircons in the room worked well & the days where hot in July. My kids enjoyed the pool. We took a taxi to konyaalti beach it was about 5-10 min away. Lovely beach. Mermeli beach is close by but you have to pay to enter. 70 TL and it’s a steep walk up and down to get there. There is a mall- mark Antalya close by with great shops., you can walk there. Overall we had no complaints.

Hotel feels a bit old but no big deal

If you want to stay and visit the old town of Antalya this is a very good choice. It's located near the old Bazar and in walking distance to the old town. It's a very tall hotel and you can't miss it. We asked for a modern room at a top floor and they delivered. Our room was very big, modern and comfortable. We had a nice view over the old town and sea. At breakfast there were a lot of choices and the food was fresh. Spa center and outdoor pool (we didn't use), garage and invoice provided. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area, and close to public transport.

Located near an old mosque, the early call to prayer disturbed our sleep. Not the hotel fault, but it's important to mention. The floor in our room wasn't very clean although the cleaning lady visited daily. It's good they provided slippers. The elevators took a lot of time to come and was a nuisance when you had to go up and down from level 6 for breakfast.

Nice location. Room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

You will expect more from best Western hotel. Towel seems old , they are clean but old and should be replaced, same applied to bed linen. AC didn't work , while it was November, but it is still Antalia and you will need AC , other option was leaving the window open but you will get noise from outside. Very few power sockets in the room.

The hotel big and beautiful my room was very big because the staff Mark did upgrade my room why he did because when I did my booking I booked a suite with water views but when I get to the hotel all the rooms with view it's full it's not my problems but he did upgrade my room for free instead the one with water views. The breakfast was excellent lots and lots to choose from my stay was perfect.

I don't like the area where the hotel is it's between shops and restaurants the area very crowded and too much noise.
