This hotel has a great location. There is shuttle to Alesta private beach. Rooms are with balcony. There is also place in shower room to hang wet clothes. When you close doors to balcony, AC starts and vise versa - when you open the doors - AC stops. Rooms are clean. View from room was great, onto the harbor

Hotel's pool is very small and located on top level. If you are not lucky, view from room might be not very pleasant. Staff seemed to be a little judgmental. English sometimes was an issue when speaking with service people. One time, staff at the beach complained that we took some fruits and drinks with us from hotel, but then later accepted this after long discussion. Beach has nice menu for drinks and food but all is a little expensive. Not connected to hotel, Oludeniz beach - do not follow the path to the beach, enter the beach straight at taxi drop off point. Staff there is not quite friendly, expect delays and misunderstanding. Waiters on that beach works till 5 or 6 pm, but beach itself works till 7 pm.

We have stayed here three or four times now. We like being close to the old town of Fethiye, but with access to the private beach and beach bar, in a hotel that is smart but small and intimate.

Disappointed that there are now a number of boats moored at e private beach so it doesn't feel s beaustiful as it has in the past. Also, there have been alterations to the dining room. While these provide a breakfast bar style seating with a view out to the marina and the distant mountains, I preferred it as it was before with tables and chairs, which felt more 4 star than the current high bar stools.

Location - Excellent. Located right in front of the Fethiye Ece Marina. Taxi-stand and old market area barely 400 meters away. market Views - beautiful views of the marina and the yachts from the balcony Room - I had a Family Suite with 2 separate bedrooms and a common lounging area. Both bedrooms were spacious, and so was the lounging area. Facilities - well equipped room and bathrooms. Well stocked mini bar along with a Nespresso machines and pods in the room. The bathroom also had a bathtub. Breakfast - Turkish and English style combined - choice of olives, cheese, and fruits along with more European style jams and conserves. While it was good, the breakfast remained the same on all 3 days. Also served in a roof top restaurant with marina views. Room Service - The chicken roll meal was surprisingly tasty - blend of Turkish style cooking and Mediterranean fresh flavours. Staff - helpful and professional. We got help with our car parking and luggage both sides. Quick check-in and checkout.

Difficult to find faults with the hotel. The breakfast can benefit from the following suggestions: 1. Item Labels - especially on cooked food and cold cuts would help a diverse audience choose according to their dietary preference. 2. Some changes to the menu on the daily basis 3. Egg counter - this can make the breakfast more exciting and personalized.

Wow, this place exceeded my expectations. The staff are all so genuine and happy which tells you a lot about a place. The room was outstanding and super clean. Rooftop restaurant has views that make you not want to leave. I booked a custom tour to suit my needs through the hotel and they offered me a great price and the car they drove me around in made me feel like royalty :) I have travelled a lot of the world and this hotel is up there as one of the best. Cannot recommend enough as they truly made my stay an enjoyable one.

This is by far , the best hotel I’ve been to lately . The hotel management is after your satisfaction not after your money . From the minute you arrive , they will take your car to park for free and carry your luggage up to your room . Breakfast is incredible, excellent coffee. Unbeatable view & location . Aybars , the receptionist is the best . Housekeeper with a nice smile served us her best . Surprisingly, the beach isn’t in front of the hotel , but discovered this was a pleasant surprise, they take you with a free shuttle boat for the remote beach , it’s paradise, with all the facilities for free . You can have lunch and drinks for reasonable price. The beach captain and chef were great . Try their pizza , delicious. Alesta Yacht, thank you so much for this hassle free and super nice vacation .

Service from front desk was superb. Helpful and efficient - very friendly and professional. they helped with a number of matters including organising a fantastic airport transfer at great price. Location brilliant for amenities, old market and marina. Wifi was good and easy to connect to Bathroom was great - modern, clean with good shower and lovely bath Room decor was great and views across bay were lovely. Free transfer to private beach looked great - we didn't have time to go but seemed easy to arrange and very beautiful Breakfast choice was good - fruit, pastries, hot and cold options.

The air con was facing high temperatures but it was not as effective as I would have liked. It turned itself off ad hoc and you had to contact reception to reset. The breakfast area was uncomfortably hot - there was air unit at one end and plenty of fans but they blew hot air. Its on a rooftop and would have been lovely to have leisurely breakfast but instead was quick dash. Pool is tiny - more of a dip option than anything you could spend time in or laze by. Pet hate of universal soap/shampoo option - hotel of this calibre should offer more indulgent toiletries

The staff are very helpful and our clean couldn't have done more for us.

The pool isn't really a pool so much as a plunge pool and there only 8 sunbeds so if this is what you are looking for then there maybe better places. The food in restaurant is over priced and not that great.

Have stayed here before and loved it for the beach access. Breakfast is good. Easy walk to old town of Fethiye. Lovely view over the marina, we even spotted a large sea turtle swimming.

Pricey for what you get, the rooms are tidy but basic. Air conditioning cannot be turned off unless you cut the power to the room.

The staff were extremely helpful and parked my car for me. The breakfasts and dinner were really nice too. The room was very spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. A great location by the marina and short work to the tourist area in Fethiye.

There was a noise outside from the air conditioning unit which was not ideal but I managed to sleep pretty well considering.

The view from the room is spectacular (Sea View Room), the staff are very friendly & the hotel was very clean. The view at breakfast from the roof top terrace is the best breakfast view in Fethiye

The occupants of the next room we're partying all night, not the fault of the hotel, but the acoustic between rooms is very poor
