very nice staff, hotel is renovated and very clean. Food at dinner was fantastic!!! The breakfast a little less quality and variety, but ok. Is a place to relax, mostly elderly people visit it.

That in Italy is hard to get air conditioning even though they say the rooms are equipped with, is always a "not possible " in many hotels: Because is April, because is cold (19 degrees is cold for them), because this or that is centralised, so you cannot regulate the temperature freely like in the rest of the world. The place is so humid, they don't understand that sometimes you need air conditioning to dry the room! the room was imposted on 25 degrees and in the night I felt my nose clogged even with the window open.

The property was very clean, friendly staff, thermal pools, spas, and restaurant were great!

Only aspect I found that was uninspiring was that the majority of the people I came into contact with spoke little to no English!!! I number of guests spoke English so I didn’t feel totally isolated!

Great location, downtown the city of Abano. Nice swimming pool and nice premises. The staff was very kind to upgrade our stay with a superior apartment, that really looked great, with a Jacuzzi bath tube, but.....!

The superior apartment had the air conditioning not working, beyond every attempt. We were told later we had to ask the lobby to activate the system. The Jacuzzi water plant was not working, so there was no chance to have a water-massage in the room. There was no chance to have a massage or body treatment, because it had to be reserved well in advance. Nice to know!

The room was super clean and very big bright, indoor pools were also very good. Breakfast was worth it and pancakes were just delicious 😋

Sauna was not as big as expected (based on the room price) and the staff at the reception at our arrival was not the nicest ever. Still a good option, even better with a booking discount 😄

I would like them to introduce non pork based options on the breakfast for instance turkey breast chicken hot dog just to add some varieties but the sweet side of the breakfast was amazing

Spotless clean! I use to travel a lot (when non Covid), for both business and leisure, and stayed almost on 4* plus hotels, but rarely I have found such a clean property. Elegant, cozy looking like perfectly new. The spa area is the same, and the personnel is well trained to be very supportive, while not overwhelming the tourists with fake gestures. Just efficient, adequately polite and helpful. All over spotless clean toilets, towels and sheets for treatment area. I have never seen a pool soo carefully taken care. If the manager reads this, need to know the guy from the pool makes a great and hard work each minute of the shift. And it’s not at all easy to keep all the time long the protection mask as he does. The glasses from the pool bridges have been cleaned one day perhaps more than 20 times, both from out and inside, same for the floor and the area around… and there were just 35 degrees… the pool guy needs an incentive! But the reason for what you go there remains the “terme” water, the quality of the “fango”, hydro massage and all other jacuzzi-like cost-free elements from the pool. Massage?! Ask for that, and I hope you will have the chance to get a trigger-points expert like I have did. Does make the difference! Enjoy the bar by the pool if you go there. The bar-tenders just spoiled us each single time. Thanks guys!

The restaurant - as well very clean, remains a bit behind in regards to food’s elegance and maybe taste if to compare with the other aspects of the property. But you will get a good 4 courses meal, and a pretty nice service too.
