Super clean, always somebody cleaning or polishing, Very secure grounds, staff are highly alert of anyone entering. Food was absolutely exceptional A***!!! Very reasonably priced both food and room. The room was very spacious, bed was super comfortable, temp was 38degrees and the air conditioning worked perfectly and kept us very comfortable! Breakfast was very nice, great selection and choice! The views, grounds and facilities are ****** WHY IS THIS A 4* HOTEL??

WIFI is a little patchy, but network coverage was very good in the area and didn’t have a problem with service.

Gorgeous hotel with exceptionally pretty decor, garden and pool area. Private beach is well maintained, with places to drink and eat dotted along it. Extremely spacious rooms and internal common areas, food is reasonably priced and of good quality (some of the best I had in Italy). Staff are very helpful and speak great English, happy to assist with arranging taxis or recommending places to visit/eat out if you need assistance.

Hotel is relatively isolated from the center of Agrigento proper (approx. 15m drive), so using a taxi or renting a car is essential. Multiple good local taxi services to choose from though, Tony Palmero being the person who I used.

Cleaning is amazing, location in front of the beach with direct access, green areas, classic local decoration but with high standards. The beach is extensive and clean, golden sand. Very professional staff. It's a nice surprise and a very good classic 4* hotel.

The location is a bit isolated because it is the last resort of a beach line but it's nice to relax. The only way to get around is by taxi or private car. The infrastuctures around the hotel are quite poor.

I rated my stay as an 8 instead of a 10 because the hotel was just opening for the season. They were not quite up to speed. Their beach area was not open yet - beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. With that - my rating would have been 10. To be fair, the place is fantastic. The pictures on the Booking web site do not do the place justice. We stayed just one night. A longer stay would allow for more use of the facilities.

The place is really well located with a beautiful view of the sea. The private area on the beach is super convenient. The pool is nice. The interior design has a nice cachet.

The restaurant for lunch needs improvement on all levels: its not good, no well-cooked local dishes, the price is expensive and the staff is not very friendly towards foreigners. We tried it once and were so disappointed that we ended up eating outside every day.

Gorgeous property. Time of year not great with no access to the beach or open facilities. Spa was closed while we were there early in the week but they arranged for the masseuse to come in on her day off for us. She was very good!

Everything was really good and peaceful. Clean rooms and the arrears around, beautiful private beach, excellent breakfast and service.

The pools were closed and spa were only open during the weekend. We could not enjoy the facilities properly.

One of the most beautiful hotels I've visited . Relaxing atmosphere, friendly, helpful staff, great location. The staff speaks English.High level of security. Private sandy beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and a lifeguard, was beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and would be happy to stay there again.

Cocktails at the pool served in plastic cups... for the environnement and the price it is a bit disappointing.

The swimming pool was very clean and beautiful. The staff were very helpful and polite. The grounds of the resort were very well maintained.

The breakfast was the only thing we found disappointing. The choice was poor, some meats and dairy options were not separate which is a big failure for vegetarians. The fruit juices were diluted squash i.e not freshly squeezed or even from concentrate. Understaffed, the poor waiting staff were run off there feet.
