Marco was the warmest, most hospitable host we have ever had the pleasure of staying with. He was waiting in the street when we arrived to help us park, then made us dinner reservations at a delicious restaurant, got us into a group tour for Valley of the Temples, and even went as far as helping us find a mechanic to fix a broken side mirror on our rental car before we left. The property has tranquil, breezy gardens and a beautiful view. It took us just a few minutes to cross the road where we were able to enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches we've ever seen. Marco anticipates his guests' every need--from well-rounded breakfasts at convenient times to umbrellas you can borrow for the beach to luxurious towels, sheets, and toilet paper. Every aspect of our two-day stay was positively influenced by Marco's thoughtfulness. We recommend this host and this property very highly.

Marco was incredible from the moment we arrived until we left. He greeted us warmly, showed us around his home and beautiful gardens, enquired about any needs we might have, and then offered recommendations and made the reservations for an excellent pizza restaurant. The breakfasts were plentiful (Italian coffees, tea, fresh fruit, rolls & croissants, homemade jams, yogurt) and Marco was very attentive throughout our stay. The location is excellent-a hop skip and jump from the beach, yet tucked away on a quiet side street. The room was very comfortable and we slept well. We have stayed in dozens of B and B’s and hotels in recent years and I don’t think we have ever been happier with our place-even in fancy hotels. Everything is convenient, Marco acts as a very knowledgeable concierge, and we always felt comfortable and safe. San Leone is an excellent place as well, close to the remarkable Valley of the Temples, (which are remarkable), but on the coast, allowing for a relaxing beach experience.

The location is perfect. Just a stone away from the beach, bars, restaurants and downtonw of San Leone. The outdoor area is spacious and clean. If you have a car, you can park it just right outside the b&b for free. The room is clean and spacious with good storage for your things. The bed is very comfy and not too soft which I think is really good. The whole place is kept clean all the time by the host and not too much mosquitos which is really nice. The host, Marco is exceptional. He's very nice, attentive to his guest's needs and sociable.

Great location with superb beach. Marco keeps his rooms & garden immaculate and is happy to book two wonderful restaurants in walking distance & advise on the important local archaeological sites. Nothing was too much trouble also shown by his breakfast

We stayed for one night, house is beautiful, in front of the sea, walking distance to beach bar and local restaurant. Breakfast was the best from all we had. Marco, thank you very much!

Marco is an excellent host who does everything to ensure his guests have the best possible experience. We were very comfortable and happy. We would give Marco an 11 out.of 10

The place is a home far away from home. 5mn walking from the beach, it is also very close to the temples and Scala dei Turchi. We had a very peaceful stay there. Marco, the owner, is a literature enthusiast and we had a lovely talk with him in Italian, about books and Sicilian history. He prepared homemade breakfast with fresh fruits every morning, and gave us precious advice for restaurants and places to visit. The home itself is a lovely beach house, simple but comfortable, with large rooms, and a lovely garden to relax at the end of the day. We really loved our stay there, only wish we could have stayed more.

Marko was kind, caring, considerate and welcoming. The property was very relaxing and in a great location, just a few minutes walk to the coast. We felt looked after and would absolutely stay at Villa Cetta B&B again! The breakfast was excellent and was freshly prepared by Marko.

Gorgeous little piece of paradise, set in a beautiful walled garden by the sea. Amazing welcome by the fantastic owner. Incredible breakfast!
