Very nice accomodation, cozy, clean, very close to beach(150m) and all kind of restaurants. Parking was not an issue as there is big parking area right in front. Breakfast were served on terrace which is really nice and there is another terrace on roof where you can enjoyn view during day or you can sunbath because they have sunbeds there or drink vine during evenings.

There is a night beach club accross the road so it is kinda noisy during weekends (but they play good music) and windows are not very sound prove. We always have ear plugs so with them it was fine.

Breakfast could have been a little more varied with several products but still a good way to start the day

The booking was easy and the communication with the owner in English was smooth. Our room was big, clean and the air conditioning unit was working very well which is super important when it's 35 degree Celsius outside. Our room was facing the sea which we enjoyed but we could also see the local fun fair which we didn't enjoy much due to to lights and noise in the evening. Breakfast was excellent, many choices including eggs, cheese, cold meats, fruits and many pastries. This was served on the back terrace and the setting is just simply lovely with a super friendly breakfast lady.

The hotel itself it's lovely with helpful and friendly staff but the actual town of San Leone was not as charming as we expected. The city is tiny, and only has a tiny little beach with limited nice restaurant options. There are many restaurants but they don't represent the great Sicilian quality food. We wanted to recharge and relax on the beach after a couple of days in Agrigento but this was not the place.

The location was perfect with parking right out the front not sure if that would be the case in peak season. Not sure if stay on the weekend would be that pleasant as there is a theme park opposite. The breakfast was very good and the rooms very clean also there was a kettle which was great. The restaurants were great with a lot of choice. The property wasn’t far from the valley of the temples which was convenient.

Nothing it was a very pleasant stay. The upstairs terrace could be made so much better with some new chairs and a patio ect to enjoy a drink from.

Very close to the beach and restaurants. Parking easy along street, although tricky when more locals arrive to enjoy a weekend meal during the peak holiday time. For us it was the perfect base to visit the temples because Agricento isn't an attractive town at all. Breakfast at the b+b was great and staff very friendly. We used the roof terrace one evening for a picnic dinner... beautiful views and easy to kick back and relax.

Saturday night was noisy outside but this is Italy during the holiday season!

Room was comfortable and had the necessary. The breakfast layout was good. The location. Ext to the beach was a plus.

The mattress had a bent on both sides. Maybe time for a change. An interesting smell to the place. There is a bar and we had an amusement park across the street, but not much noise came through with the shut windows.

Great location, 5 mins drive to the temples. Right on the sea and lots of restaurants very close. From the outside it doesn’t look much but inside they have made it lovely. Host helpful on changing breakfast time (8:30 was too late for an early start to temples). Free street parking right outside

Good location. Room very comfortable, spacious and Nicely decorated. Delicious buffet breakfast. Staff, Grazia, Tiziana and Maria Rita very efficient and were very attentive and helpful and particularly when we were feeling ill.

Most evenings noise from cars playing loud base music and some street noise.

Good location with great access to beach and other places. Very easy to reach the temple valley and also Agrigento with a car. Good selection at breakfast with plenty of different choices. Very appreciated how clean everything was. The staff was superb everyone friendly and super welcoming

In the morning there was often a bad smell of rubbish, probably due to the heat. The bed was very soft and personally I didn’t prefer it. The fruit in the heat was getting a bit weird some mornings

Hotel provide a lot of choices for breakfast . Room is big and clean and very close to the beach . Hotel location quite good because their are many restaurant nearby hotel by walking distance.

It challenge to bring the big suitcase due to hotel don't have elevator . In our room has a little bit of noise from the fridge and TV quite small.
