Beautiful and attractive building next to the St. Antonio church ("church in trulli") Great location, great breakfast, nice, spacious and clean room, very helpful staff... I am satisfied and I will come back again!

As the main entrance to the hotel has only stairs to the reception and to the rooms on the 1st floor (no elevator at the main entrance from Via Monte Pertica from the street to the reception/1st floor), and my mother can not walk well and for her is difficult to use stairs upstairs as well as downstairs, so for us it would have been useful to have sidedoor at Via Cadore - Via Isonzo open all the time (or have a key for the side door) to enter the hotel via side door and to use the elevator direct from the groundfloor to our room whenever we come back to hotel.

The hotel is quite easy to find in quite an impressive building.Staff are helpful and friendly.The room is spacious and comfortable with a large comfy bed and very clean.Added to that the breakfast was fresh ,plentiful and delicious.

I found the room a bit hot at night as I was there during a heatwave and the fan wasn't quite powerful enough.

Staff was very nice / receptionist was extremely helpful, gave us response to all our questions. Breakfast room was light and spacious, choice of food sufficient, coffee was prepared according to our wish. Smile on the face of staff. Location was convenient (for everyday walks). The bus stop and the railway station was a bit further, but it was still possible to walk up here also with the suitcase.

I stayed for one night. Very central location in the trulli zone. Clean room. Tasty breakfast.

The wifi conection did not work, the receptionist was not very interested in helping me with that. Other than that everything was ok.

Kindness, friendliness and availability of Stella and the staff. The perfect location. Fantastic breakfast in a room facing the garden of a small cloister with tables outside, beautiful. Excellent quality mattress and sheets. Excellent cleanliness.

The room deserved better lighting.

The place is gorgeous, staff is great, the children walked across the street to the park, restaurants are walkable. Loved it.

the only down rating was in regards to the mattress. I'm normally not picky, but I hated this bed.

Wi-Fi didn’t work in the room there was no bread for breakfast, when I asked the lady she said there was no more bread left, only toast or croissants. Not a massive issue but it was only 8:30am and breakfast finished at 10am

Perfect location and spacious apartment. The host Nadia is amazing. She went out of her way to assist us with everything and made our stay very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Location: Amazing; at the centre of Alberobello. Breakfast: Minimalist. Not much options. Room: Room for 3 was spacious for us.

Staff behaviour could have been better. We all expect to see happy faces. Only one toilet roll available.

Nice and clean accommodation, kind and extra helpful staff, delicious breakfast. The room was a bit overpriced for its size, but the location was rewarding.
