I am impressed by the attitude of the staff (reception). Our plane landed in Palermo instead of Trapani. Despite the late hour of the night, the reception was helpful and quick to arrange alternative transport, car hire, cancellation of old bookings. This is how I imagine professional service. Thank you! The hotel has absolutely unique sea views, and a breathtaking panorama by the pool. Accessibility is only by car or taxi, but it is a few minutes to Trapani, Palermo and all the adjacent beautiful towns. Due to the late departure of the plane, they also adjusted our check-out.

The view from the structure over the mountains and the sea was just amazing. Really quiet area away from the center of town but still quite close to any service (a few minutes drive). The kitchenette of the room was really well stocked and proved to be really practical. The staff was really helpful and available to offer recommendations of places to visit and activities to do.

The unfolding couch provided for the kids was really in the same space and in close proximity to the kitchenette and master bed and, even if it still allowed to move around the room, didn't allow much privacy.

We loved the location, quiet with super views. We wanted a small hotel so La Blanca was perfect for us. Travelling in Sept we found the evenings peaceful, the food is lovely and the staff polite and helpful. I had two massages in the spa both were fabulous and excellent value. The pool is refreshing on a hot day and the view from the pool of the sea is perfect.We would absolutely stay here again. My daughter, grandaughter and son in law were in the room next to us and loved the holiday too. ❤️

There was nothing we didn't like. I was a little surprised that the sofa was slightly scuffed given the price, that said I think it's because they were a soft leather. We were a late arrival so better signage to reception would have helped, but it's a small site and someone helped us quickly.. It would be nice to have a kettle, being British we love our cups of tea, but there is a great mini kitchen including a hob,microwave and fridge so easily resolved. Honestly a lovely, relaxed and peaceful hotel, with fabulous staff.

The area surrounding the resort from the main road has loads of fly tipped rubbish. The pool is overfilled - yes it’s meant to look like an infinity pool but it isn’t so when people are using it the surrounding sunbed areas flood . The kitchen area in the apartments is too big yet there is no kettle or coffee maker . The shower is tiny and water floods the bathroom . Breakfast - it’s quantity over quality - it seemed to focus on sweet sugary items processed food. Even the cheese was processed sliced not local produce . Overall we felt the resort focused on style over substance

Perfect sanctuary. We had a difficult few days beforehand so when we arrived early Roberto was so understanding and very helpful. He took us for a coffee, checked us in early and gave us an upgrade. We were extremely grateful. The place is spotless and absolutely beautiful. The staff go above and beyond. The restaurant were very accommodating and the food was delicious. We have stayed in Sicily many times and this was by far the best accommodation we stayed in. We travelled by car to the village and yes, you do pay for parking but only 2 Euros for a few hours.

We had the pleasure of staying at the hotel for 4 nights. It is a magnificent place. The view is incredibly beautiful, the room very nice and clean and the garden very well kept. The swimming pool is wonderful with the most beautiful view. The breakfast is lovely. The employees are very friendly and ready to help. The hotel is a little outside Castellammare del golfo, so it is an advantage to have a car. The receptionist gave us a lot of great recommendations for good restaurants, attractions and beaches nearby. Thank you. We would love to come again.

The garden, pool and view were absolutely stunning. Check-in staff were super friendly. Our room was an excellent size with a large balcony overlooking the ocean and mountains where we were able to watch sunrise and sunset.

Advice is to book ahead for spa treatments, as quite a few options were not available to us. The restaurant was closed on arrival for the remainder of the day, then the following day it closed despite us enquiring about dinner service and being assured we didn't need a reservation.

Nice pool and view over the bay. Good restaurant with really friendly efficient waiters. Great breakfast. Well kept new property. Easy to get down to the beach ( with car). We didn’t try the Spa which is at extra cost. People who came out of there looked very happy though. Room is spacious with kitchenette and table and aircon. You need a car to get there. There are very sweet cats on the property that come and visit u. Perfect for cat lovers like us.

The gym - outdated equipment.

The swimming pool are was beautiful. Staff very friendly. Property very clean. Amazing view of sea and mountains. Quiet location. Spa was extra charge hovered you could have all sauna, steam room jacuzzi for yourself.

A couch had a holes in the material and pillow not good enough for 4 star hotel. Price for dinner very expensive as well.

Breakfast vast and delicious. they kept the restaurant open to feed us after lunch, despite being about to close. After a harassed airport (london) experience and early travel this was a godsend. All staff so lovely, friendly but not intrusive. Resort an absolute delight. Quiet, peaceful. Clean. You really need a car here though. Places aren't accessible on foot and public transport minimal.
