Room - Great room and a lovely view of the coast line. The room was very clean and comfortable with great amenities. Hotel - Lovely hotel which is well designed and thought out. Plenty of parking for the guest, a great pool that looks over the water with a great bar and very cheap drinks. Hotel also includes a gym and spa. Location - Great location right in town, walking distance to some really incredible restaurants. Staff - really really nice and welcoming, they helped us find really nice restaurants to try. Would recommend!

We didn't stay long enough to explore the city more and take full advantage of the all the hotel amenities.

Pool area was excellent, room nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast was also very good.

The area around the hotel was not as nice as the city center.

The hotel was very clean , the pool area is very clean with a great view and accessibility to sunbeds was excellent and people used beds as they needed thenm so there was always a supply. The staff were all very helpful. Having parking on site was a huge bonus.

Not much really - had a very enjoyable week . Would maybe have preferred first floor rooms but the ground floor had wonderful view of the sea from the room we were in. maybe vary the breakfast a bit but our stay was very pleasant

The location couldn’t be better, right in the centre of the beautiful Castellammare del Golfo, with an breathtaking view to ocean. It was amazing to relax in the swimming pool with ocean view and very nice staff at the end of the day, after the beach

We stayed in the studio, which is not exactly as staying in the hotel. In our eight-day stay, the room was cleaned only one day, we had to ask and pick up toilet paper at the reception. Moreover, there’s no elevator to the third floor and we had to carry the luggage upstairs. Lastly, based on the photos, we thought this would be a two-room apartment, which was not.

The infinity pool is excellent and location with sea view is perfect. The breakfast is really nice too! I went to the SPA for pedicure and was really happy with the outcome (for a reasonable price!). Nice parking space with no booking or payment. One of the best hotels in the area for sure!

In a tripple room, there is only one hook to hang your towels. No table in the balcony, just 2 chairs. But that’s about it - it was really great experience overall.

Staff were very polite and spoke fluent English. They were happy to help with any issues I had. They had a lovely coffee bar and seats in Reception, making it ideal to grab a quick coffee throughout the day. I sat and had breakfast with friends and the view is incredible! Hotel seemed clean and well kept. There was a sink and hotplate in the room as well as a fridge freezer. This made it ideal to buy food and drinks and then eat them as the week went on.

The water pressure of our shower wasn't the greatest. Also, the toilet could take an hour or so to refill in order to flush. There was a coffee machine in the room but you had to buy the capsules in reception for 50 cents.

We loved the pool, the friendly staff, the breakfast and the location. The view of the sea from the pool balcony and apartment was lovely. Well equipped kitchen

I think an extra 20 euros a day to clean and change towels is a bit steep, the coffee machine was hard to find capsules for, we had someone else's air con unit on our balcony which was always on...off putting when sat on balcony and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable

We enjoyed every moment of our stay at this modern but very charming small hotel with a stunning view from the big infinity pool. Breakfasts were superb (the homemade cakes are well worth getting up for). Spa services, recently upgraded, were more than adequate, if not world class, but they are also not world class prices. Staff was excellent.

No restaurant for lunches or dinners. Not a big deal, though, as there are many fine ones 5-10 minutes away.

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff and a modern, clean and well equipped apartment. Lovely big balcony with a sea view. Plenty of pillows and good heating for chillier winter nights.

Because of the construction of the apartments it could seem a little noisy at times, hearing sounds in the stairwell and in other apartments. The shower temperature wasn’t the best and took ages to heat up. I understand there was a specific issue when we were there however and they were dealing with it and were very apologetic. these things happen and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

My father is from Castellammare and I've been visiting there my whole life. We usually stay with family, but this was a last minute trip and shorter than usual. Given we had 2 small children this time, we figured the hotel would be more comfortable and easier. We will never stay anywhere else again! Completely blown away by our experience :-)

I think as the hotel develops more over time, there are opportunities to add more luxury touches that guests can upgrade or splurge on. Some examples would be drink or bottle service to the room (for the balcony), some healthier snack options at the pool bar, and for longer stay guests (we stayed a week), maybe some organized activities. Like quick learning opportunities about Sicilian culture or a scheduled kid's activity once a day.
